Democracy is bad for business

Harper: Parliament creates 'instability'. The 'markets' don't like that. I have to say I find it difficult to believe Harper spelled it out so clearly.

I finally have Windows 7 working. I did a clean install of Vista, put the newest Nvidia drivers on, added Vista Service Pack 1, and updated. Easy.
