It has now become officially impossible to distinguish pieces in the Onion from those in the New York Times: "A Progressive Agenda to Remake Washington" Giving billions to the people who caused the problem, who promptly paid it to themselves in bonuses? Health care 'reform', aka the Health Care Industry Enrichment Act? Charter schools? Non-reform banking reform? You can't get any more 'progressive' than that.
