Just say 'NO!"

"Why Americans Must End America’s Self-Generating Wars" by Peter Dale Scott.  Lots of facts, but essentially nonsense, as it fails even once to mention the real underlying problem, a common fault of 'progressives' who don't want to be slurred.  People like Scott have to realize that it is the delicacy that is the root cause of the fact that the necessary change in American politics is impossible.

Any hope comes, not from 'progressives', but from the paleocons:  "Did America Say NO to Israel?"  This is also a message to Bibi from Barry for Bibi to stop messing with Barry's reelection by continuing to spout off about Iran.  It is no doubt a message, as the original announcement of the exercises was made with such fanfare and expressly directed at Iran.

"Israeli Official: Obama ‘Will Make Netanyahu Pay’ If Reelected"  Barry could send a clear message by failing to interfere with this month's Palestinian efforts at the UN.

"J'lem puzzled by Dempsey comment on Iran strike":
"A senior government official on Saturday characterized as “strange” a recent statement by US military chief Gen. Martin Dempsey that he would not want to be “complicit” in an Israeli attack on Iran.
“Dempsey’s comments are strange in that they would seem to contradict the continual statements from the White House that the security and defense cooperation between Israel and the US has never been as close,” the senior official said."
Pure comedy gold.

"Dempsey: ‘I Don’t Want to Be Complicit’ in Israeli Strike on Iran"

The concentration camp guard has a sad (and aching fangs), not to mention a real talent for writing a completely misleading headline:  "Was Gen. Dempsey Goading Israel to Attack Iran?"  And yes, 'complicit' is the word you use when discussing war crimes, which is indeed what we are discussing when we contemplate a Zionist attack on Iran.

"What about Israel’s nuclear weapons?" by Patrick B. Pexton (who will probably die in a mysterious boating accident):
"Among the less benign reasons U.S. sources don’t leak is that it can hurt your career. Said Perkovich: “It’s like all things having to do with Israel and the United States. If you want to get ahead, you don’t talk about it; you don’t criticize Israel, you protect Israel. You don’t talk about illegal settlements on the West Bank even though everyone knows they are there.” "
