Assange and the crooked British judges

"Julian Assange loses extradition case – live coverage"

This is completely fucking outrageous, and everybody should be up in arms.  First, the majority of the court substituted its own argument for those made by the prosecutor - proving that they rejected all the prosecutor's arguments for extradition - an argument that was never argued in court, thus depriving Assange any chance to refute it.

Secondly, they then tried a dirty trick by attempting to hide this substituted argument from Assange's counsel until it was too late.  They knew their methods of railroading Assange were dirty, and it was only the diligence of Assange's lawyer that brought this atrocity into the open in time, forcing the judges to give Assange another kick at the can. These judges of the majority are obviously utterly corrupt, and the only chance for justice in this matter will be in Strasbourg.

You can see how important it is to get Assange to the United States that senior judges would make complete fools of themselves to do it.

'Journalists' as terrorists

"Syria crisis: Most Houla victims 'were executed'"

"West's Houla Syria Narrative Crumbles, Expels Syrian Diplomats Anyway"

Remember the original Official Story, told in lockstep by all the western mainstream media, was that the atrocity had to have been committed by the Syrian army as the deaths were caused by artillery shells and the Syrian army was the only player with artillery shells.  After the initial wave of lies, it is now clear that the great majority of, if not all, the deaths were caused by execution by small arms and knives.

This killing makes no sense for anybody working for the Syrian government (in fact, Syrian military response to immense provocation has throughout been very restrained).  Reading between the lines of the account by the Syrian Ambassador to the United Nations, it appears there may have been an encounter between Syrian government forces and an organized anti-government militia. After this encounter, some group set up the false flag by murdering a large number of civilians, including a lot of children. The group that would do this is known to Americans as 'al Qaeda', and the 'journalists' who perpetrated the lies are the propaganda arm of  'al Qaeda', and thus on any definition are themselves terrorists.  The plan of the conspirators was to set up a false flag attack on civilians that would lead to the planned UN condemnation of the Syrian government and the planned expulsion by western countries of Syrian diplomats.

The long-term plan is to force a breach between Syria and Russia, and thus remove the Russian military base from the Mediterranean, a plan that has not yet worked:  "Syria: Russia refuses to change stance despite William Hague's efforts".  There is no plan to put troops on the ground in Syria.

"UPDATE: A State Department official confirms that yes, the descendants of refugees are still refugees for numerous generations until they return home or are resettled in a third country. The official also argued that Nides' reference to UNRWA serving 5 million "refugees" was also accurate.
"The number of people on UNRWA's rolls isn't and shouldn't be a secret," the official said. "The Kirk amendment, based on commentary surrounding it, is meant to set a stage for the U.S. to intervene now with the determination that 2nd and 3rd generation descendants have no claims and in fact aren't even Palestinians.  Our interest is to avoid that.   We are not predetermining numbers that the parties themselves must ultimately agree on. "JPMorgan’s Senior Officers’ Addiction to Gambling on Derivatives" by William K. Black:
"Big wins from gambling in financial derivatives can only come from enormous, extremely risky gambles.  A bank that makes enormous, extremely risky gambles is a bank that desperately needs to have its senior management team removed – immediately – and that is true regardless of how those bets turn out in any particular year.  There is no conceivable social purpose to providing the explicit federal subsidy of deposit insurance and the (much larger) implicit federal subsidy of “too big to fail” that all SDIs enjoy to a bank so that it can take massive gambles on financial derivatives.  The Jamie Dimons of the world know that if they win the gambles they will be made immensely wealthy and that when they lose the gambles massively the federal government will bail them out.  Every gamble a federally insured bank (or an implicitly guaranteed SDI) takes is a gamble with government money.  Bank leverage is always extreme in the modern era; it vastly exceeds the reported (and often inflated) capital.  The government is the true creditor through its explicit and implicit guarantees of the bank’s creditors."

Exactly how it should work. Protests cause the 1% to overreact and instruct their politician servants to pass obviously unconstitutional legislation, an outrage which wakes up the entire population (btw, I still think politicians who vote for obviously unconstitutional legislation should go to jail, for decades at least).  Each overreaction by the 1% ratchets up the breadth of the protest.

"NATO: Keep the progress going!"

"NATO: Keep the progress going!"  Amnesty International's 'progress' is measured in drone attacks. Simply amazing (and an oddly clunky, almost unidiomatic, slogan, as if it was translated from another language).

And scroll down for the poster.  I've seen exactly this style of ad for the Military-Industrial Complex.  You just have to swap out Amnesty International for, say, Northrop Grumman, and you can recycle the same ad.  Amnesty International is just the propaganda arm of the warmongers.

Amnesty's prisoners of conscience campaigns were just covers for assisting the American Empire in fighting the Cold War.  At least they used to pretend to have humanitarian goals. Now they don't even bother to hide the imperialism.

1% propaganda and trickery

"CPD: Terror suspects had planned firebomb attacks"  I don't usually post the whole article, but this is a piece of work.  The only relevant parts are in red:
"Chicago police said Saturday the protesters charged with plotting terrorist acts had planned to attack police stations and squad cars with firebombs, in addition to President Barack Obama's campaign headquarters and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel's house -- all to divert attention from other planned actions meant to disrupt the NATO summit.

Undercover officers infiltrated the group of NATO summit protesters, watching them as they allegedly made Molotov cocktails, which are bottles filled with flammable liquid. Sources say the suspects had planned to attack at least four police stations with the firebombs.

"It's a very, very dangerous weapon that these guys were trying to make," said 'ABC7 security expert Jody Weis, former Chicago police superintendent. "Depending how they make it, it can actually be like a jelly gasoline mixed with that so that can actually be like napalm."

"When someone is in possession of Molotov cocktails, that makes it pretty imminent," said current CPD superintendent Garry McCarthy.

According to court records, two undercover operatives infiltrated the Bridgeport group and police found, "...weapons, four completed Molotov cocktails...plans for...pipe bombs, Chicago area map, computer equipment, recording devices, video cameras, cell phones and an assault vest."

"They are not anarchists, they don't belong to a black bloc organization. They are involved with non violent protests," Michael Deutsch, National Lawyers Guild.

On Wednesday, members of the Chicago Police Department's Organized Crime Division raided the Bridgeport apartment where the protesters were staying, seizing the firebombs and arresting nine people, sources said.

Subsequent interviews yielded information on the three suspects as well as physical evidence authorities say was in process of being made when the men were arrested.

Police seized a mortar gun, swords, a cross-bow, throwing star, ninja knives and knives with brass-knuckle handles.

Contrary to what was said the last few days by attorneys representing the suspects, police and prosecutors say they did have a search warrant and arrest warrants at the time they raided the Bridgeport home Wednesday night.

Early Saturday, the three protesters were charged with three felony counts: possession of an explosive or incendiary device, conspiracy to commit terrorism and providing material support to terrorism, according to Harrison District Police Lt. Kenneth Stoppa. They face the first state terrorism charges ever lodged in Illinois.

The three charged men were identified by police and their attorneys as Brian Church, 20, of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; Jared Chase, 24, of Keene, N.H.; and Brent Vincent Betterly, 24, of Oakland Park, Fla.

Authorities say the three came to Chicago last month from Florida to take part in May Day protests, including a demonstration by Black Bloc anarchists in front of Chicago's Bank of America.

"Several weeks ago we began working with the Chicago Police Department to investigate information about individuals traveling to or already present in Chicago who were conspiring to commit terrorist acts of violence or destruction against targets during protest against the NATO summit," said Cook Co. State's Attorney Anita Alvarez.

"We believe it is a setup, an entrapment to the highest degree, and it is sensationalism by the police and the state to discredit the protesters," said Michael Deutsch, National Lawyers Guild.

Chase's Facebook page displays a mugshot of himself from a prior arrest and a personal logo complete with assault rifles. Chase has become a known figure in the occupy movement. In Miami, he even did an interview about outside agitators.

"There was criminal elements that like to come in and infiltrate our camps, which is something that happens at every Occupy camp around the country," he said in February.

Chase is a well-known figure in the Occupy Miami movement. Miami TV recently showed him living in a slum where Occupy members had moved after being dislodged by police and where he was arrested this year on two occasions for loitering and prowling and for petty theft.

Betterly, originally from Massachusetts, was also arrested in Florida in 2006 for battery and trespass.

Alvarez singled out the youngest suspect, Church.

"As they planned how to use Molotov cocktails, Church at one point asked others if they had ever seen a cop on fire, and I quote, "As he discussed throwing a Molotov cocktail into the 9th District police station," she said.

"This plot very clearly does not represent protest behavior. This is criminal behavior. And this represents fulfillment of our obligation," said Chicago Police Supt. Garry McCarthy.

Saturday afternoon, a judge set bail at $1.5 million for each of the three men accused. A small group of protesters was also in court at the time three suspects were making their initial bond appearances.

The defense attorneys in court Saturday said all of this was the product of undercover police officers and the Chicago Police Department "attracting and provoking the acts" the men are charged with. They say the police brought the elements of the alleged bombs, and the men were provoked into making them at the hands of police.

Federal charges against the three men are also possible, sources said."

The police picked some prominent protesters who happened to have 'ninja knives', supplied them with materials for Molotov cocktails and actually encouraged the protesters to put them together - kinda dumb when you consider that the materials are glass jars and gasoline, something the protesters could have supplied for themselves if they actually wanted to - and then arrested them.

The point, of course, is to discourage peaceful protest against the 1% and their politician assistants.  The disgusting media plays an important propaganda role in repeating the police/1% spin.

I've said this about young Muslim males, and I'll say it about Occupy protesters:  dudes, you have to stop falling for these police tricks!

Analysis at an extremely high level:  "Iran Will Require Assurances: An Interview with Hossein Mousavian" (my emphasis in red):
"Iran does not have a real issue with transparency because Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of Iran, has committed to full transparency with the IAEA since 2003. The difficulty has not been with transparency, but rather with suspicions concerning the role of the IAEA. These suspicions are based on a perceived pattern in which increased cooperation with the IAEA and increased inspections have been correlated with increased sabotage of the nuclear program, increased assassinations of Iranian nuclear scientists and revelations by the IAEA about Iran’s military capabilities (including location of facilities) that are unrelated to the nuclear program. In other words, Iran believes that under the umbrella of IAEA inspections Western intelligence services are sending in agents to conduct espionage. Iran believes that revelations concerning the location of military sites have already occurred under the aegis of the IAEA, resulting in targeted sabotage activities. These concerns were already troubling to the country when Mohamed ElBaradei served as the director-general of the IAEA.
Following the end of ElBaradei’s third term, the appointment of Yukiya Amano as IAEA chief dealt a severe blow to relations between the agency and the Iranian government. Indeed, a cable from the US embassy in Vienna back to State Department headquarters in Washington, revealed as a result of the WikiLeaks disclosures, vividly substantiated Iranian concerns. The cable states explicitly that Amano is “fully in our [the US] court for all strategic issues including the handling of the Iranian nuclear file.” On the basis of his activities since assuming the post of director-general, Iran had already concluded that Amano was following Washington’s mandates rather than those assigned to him by the IAEA. The leaked cable only reinforced this impression.
More generally, Iran has come to believe that the West is using the nuclear issue as an instrument for other strategic goals unrelated to proliferation, such as regime change, and that this is the true purpose of the multilateral and unilateral sanctions imposed on Iran. This perception leads Iranians to conclude that the West is not sincere in its negotiating posture, since its interests lie in prolonging the nuclear crisis, which offers an additional (pretextual) instrument of leverage against Iran. Not surprisingly, then, I think that the initial confidence-building measure adopted by Iran should be met by a parallel measure on the side of the P5+1 related to sanctions. In particular, suspending implementation of the EU embargo on Iranian oil exports set to go into effect in July would be an important first step on the side of the Western powers and an expression of good will in advance of the Baghdad talks."

"Hillary’s Terrorists"  This is too bad, and evidence that the Jews still have control over the American government, but on the bright side we can look forward to the uncomfortable spinning of the inevitable MEK terrorist attacks on American targets.

For the Apple fan club (the ghost of Steve lives on):  "Seattle Rex vs. Apple: The Verdict Is In"

I forgot to post this from the Angry Arab, but it rings very true:  "The view from Homs".  We're going to see a lot more terrorist attacks from 'al Qaeda' on the innocent civilians of Syria, but, despite all the talk, the chances of regime change in Syria are around zero.

"Al Jazeera exposes 2nd anti-Islam class taught to US military officers"  Note the link in the first comment, a little talk by Hersh:
"He said that he was keeping a "checklist" of aggressive U.S. policies that remained in place, including torture and "rendition" of terrorist suspects to allied countries, which he alleged was ongoing.
He also charged that U.S. foreign policy had been hijacked by a cabal of neoconservative "crusaders" in the former vice president's office and now in the special operations community.
"What I'm really talking about is how eight or nine neoconservative, radicals* [*Note: Listening to the recording a second time, I believe Hersh said "whackos," not "radicals." ] if you will, overthrew the American government. Took it over," he said of his forthcoming book. "It's not only that the neocons took it over but how easily they did it -- how Congress disappeared, how the press became part of it, how the public acquiesced."
Hersh then brought up the widespread looting that took place in Baghdad after the fall of Saddam Hussein in 2003. "In the Cheney shop, the attitude was, ‘What's this? What are they all worried about, the politicians and the press, they're all worried about some looting? ... Don't they get it? We're gonna change mosques into cathedrals. And when we get all the oil, nobody's gonna give a damn.'"
"That's the attitude," he continued. "We're gonna change mosques into cathedrals. That's an attitude that pervades, I'm here to say, a large percentage of the Joint Special Operations Command."
He then alleged that Gen. Stanley McChrystal, who headed JSOC before briefly becoming the top U.S. commander in Afghanistan, and his successor, Vice Adm. William McRaven, as well as many within JSOC, "are all members of, or at least supporters of, Knights of Malta."
Hersh may have been referring to the Sovereign Order of Malta, a Roman Catholic organization commited to "defence of the Faith and assistance to the poor and the suffering," according to its website.
"Many of them are members of Opus Dei," Hersh continued. "They do see what they're doing -- and this is not an atypical attitude among some military -- it's a crusade, literally. They see themselves as the protectors of the Christians. They're protecting them from the Muslims [as in] the 13th century. And this is their function."
"They have little insignias, these coins they pass among each other, which are crusader coins," he continued. "They have insignia that reflect the whole notion that this is a culture war. … Right now, there’s a tremendous, tremendous amount of anti-Muslim feeling in the military community."
Hersh relayed that he had recently spoken with "a man in the intelligence community... somebody in the joint special operations business" about the downfall of Zine el-Abidine Ben Ali in Tunisia. "He said, ‘Oh my God, he was such a good ally.'"
"Tunisia's going to change the game," Hersh added later. "It's going to scare the hell out of a lot of people.""
"Iran: It's Worse Than We Thought"  One of the comments referred to Our Man in Havana - the book is much better than the movie - which is exactly what occurred to me.  We're in the middle of another shitstorm of Jewish lies about Iran.

The Unified Settler Party

I don't usually link to Uri Avnery, as he is a horrible lite Zionist, but he has done an excellent job of summarizing the recent politics of Israel:  "The Netanyahu-Mofaz Pact".  Israel has finally reached its inevitable finish of being run by a pure, united, and completely dominant, Unified Settler Party.  The Unified Settler Party is dedicated to the single issue of building Greater Israel (by, of course, killing people and stealing their land).  The joke is that the only way they could reach this blessed point is to remove the parties overtly working for the interests of the settlers, whose political control, through holding the balance of power in Bibi's coalition, was actually making it harder for Bibi to work for settler interests.

Don't be fooled that this has anything whatsoever to do with an Israeli attack on Iran (excuse me while I laugh yet again).  Israel still can't do it, not technically and certainly not politically while the US is in the middle of negotiations with Iran which are being sold as going well.

Deal?

From the Angry Arab:
  1. "US-Iranian nuclear deal?":
"My informants tell me that Iran and US may reach a deal in the next round of negotiations in Iraq."
  2. "Iranian fatwa on nuclear weapons":
"In the next meeting in Iraq, the Iranian may produce a written Fatwa from Khamenei against nuclear weapons in return for lifting of all sanctions (and other demands), my sources tell me."
Much as I like the sound of this, I can't see Obama being able to get around the Jewish jackboot until after he is reelected.  I think it much more likely that the plan is to drag the negotiations out until an America-first (and not Jewish-supremacist-first-) solution is possible.  The fatwa - which already exists - may play a part in the propaganda.  The day the deal is signed should be a holiday (Fuck The Jews Day?).

Consolation war

There are two mysteries about Obama's commitment to a permanent American war on the innocent people of Afghanistan:
  1. Why?  What possible American strategic interest could this never-ending war possibly serve?  Why continue to fight a war - one you can't afford except by running the printing presses to fund the war, which in turn erodes your position as having the world reserve currency, a position which allows you to run those presses white hot without causing ruinous inflation - you are obviously, and embarrassingly, losing badly, where things are only going to get worse?
  2. Why does nobody in the American media point out the obvious absurdity?
Of course, the answer is  . . .  Jews. The war on Afghanistan is part of the Zionist program to destabilize and weaken Pakistan. The Jewish money can't force an attack on Iran - an attack that would cause gas prices to go up so high Mitt would win in a landslide - so Afghanistan is the consolation War For The Jews.  This war is ruinous for the United States (not to mention Afghanistan and Pakistan), but not immediately and obviously so, and won't end Obama's chances of reelection.  The mysteries are easily explained, but can't be spoken out loud.

I've come to the conclusion that if your geopolitical analysis isn't profoundly 'anti-Semitic', it is wrong.

Johan Galtung: more amazement

"Pioneer of global peace studies hints at link between Norway massacre and Mossad"  And that's the least interesting thing he said!:
"Johan Galtung, Norwegian sociologist nicknamed the “father of peace studies,” made anti-Semitic and anti-Israeli remarks while lecturing at the University of Oslo, in an article published afterward in the Norwegian press and in an interview with Haaretz that followed.

Among other statements, Galtung claimed that a possible connection exists between the terrorist responsible for the massacre of children in Norway last summer, and the Mossad. “The Jews control U.S. media, and divert for the sake of Israel,” wrote Galtung in an article published in Norway.

He pointed out that one of the factors behind the anti-Semitic sentiment that led to Auschwitz was the fact that Jews held influential positions in German society.
Galtung also recommended reading “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion,” – one of the most popular anti-Semitic texts in the world.

Professor Galtung, 82-years-old, is one of the founders of the discipline called “Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution,” as well as a founder of the international Peace Research Institute in Oslo. He is considered well-respected sociological researcher, has been awarded many prizes, and is the author of over a thousand articles and over a hundred books. Some of his work has also been translated into Hebrew. "
and:
"In the correspondence with Haaretz, Galtung mentioned what he calls the “ambiguity of everything human.” To explain, he raised examples from the Middle Ages and the modern period. According to Galtung, “The terrible programs,” carried out upon the Jews, had another “problematic” side as well. “The Jews played a role in demanding payment from indebted peasants,” wrote Galtung.

According to Galtung, “terrible Auschwitz,” had two sides as well. “[It was] not unproblematic that Jews had key niches in a society humiliated by defeat at Versailles,” wrote Galtung, referencing Germany following World War I. Galtung continued, “In no way, absolutely no way, does this justify the atrocities. But it created anti-Semitism that could have been predicted.”

Another claim, made by Galtung in a Norwegian periodical, is that Jews control the American media. “Six Jewish companies control 96% of the media,” wrote Galtung. He included the names of journalists, publishers, TV networks, and movie studios, that he claims are controlled by Jews. Media mogul Rupert Murdoch was also included on the list. “He’s not Jewish, but many of the people under him are,” wrote Galtung, in reference to Murdoch. “Many of them are fanatically pro-Israel,” he pointed out. Immediately following these claims, Galtung wrote that “seventy percent of the professors at the 20 most important American universities are Jewish.” "
The Jews are doing such terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible things that the secret truths that important gentiles used to keep quiet about are now slowly leaking out. It won't be long until these secrets are considered progressive commons sense, as they all were until the 1940s, when the Jews, in a tragedy for the world, developed their protective covering.

"RFK assassination witness tells CNN: There was a second shooter"
