And so it begins, the inevitable elevation and celebration of the single greatest actress of all time:  "France to perform CPR on Scarlett Johansson’s image — award for film career!".  I predict at least three Oscars in the next decade, two of them where she plays Holocaust heroines, crossing Europe, killing Nazis, saving Jews, while existing entirely on a diet of home-made fizzy water.
