"Obama's Islamic State War Czar Stepping Down"  Even by the craptastic standards of Washington, this is pretty amazing.  The guy whose stated sole job it was to get rid of ISIS, who actually spent all his time trying to assist ISIS as much as covertly possible, leaves the second Putin steps up to actually get rid of ISIS.  I guess the general left to spend more time with his shekels.
