The real victim here

Yuge:  "Federal prosecutors broke law in Jeffrey Epstein case, judge rules" (Brown):
"Francey Hakes, a former federal prosecutor, said the Crime Victims’ Rights Act doesn’t spell out any punishment for violating its terms, so it would set a precedent to re-open Epstein’s agreement.

“Epstein will surely argue he complied with the agreement, relied upon it, and plead guilty under it so it can’t be overturned in fairness to him,’’ she said. “I will be very interested to see what the parties say the remedy for the violation should be. Ultimately, it is simply shocking the Government went to the lengths they did to keep the victims in the dark in order to make a serious predator’s high priced defense team happy. Justice should not, and does not, look like this.’’"
Speaking of the 'high priced defense team': "An Epstein sex case is settled; Dershowitz denies latest allegation" (Brown):
"According to a recent court transcript, among those people Ransome claims she was directed to have sex with was Epstein’s lawyer, Alan Dershowitz, who helped negotiate a controversial plea deal that gave the eccentric multimillionaire — and co-conspirators employed by Epstein — federal immunity in 2008.

Dershowitz, 80, told the Miami Herald that he has never met Ransome nor has he ever had sex with her. He accused Ransome’s attorney, powerhouse lawyer David Boies, of inventing the story and using her and another woman, Virginia Roberts, to frame him. Roberts asserted in a federal court affidavit in 2015 that Epstein forced her to have sex with Dershowitz when she was 16 years old.

“I am the victim. David Boies and these women are the perpetrators,’’ Dershowitz said. “They have willfully and deliberately concocted stories in order to make money — millions and millions of dollars. And I will not rest until the entire story comes out,’’ said Dershowitz, a professor at Harvard Law School and frequent Fox news guest commentator.

Nowhere in the court case or the transcript does Ransome or anyone else allege that Ransome had sex with Dershowitz — only that she was directed to."
"In the recent court transcript, however, it is Maxwell’s attorney, Laura Menninger — not Ransome or her attorneys — who named Dershowitz.

“[Ransome] has alleged not only that my client [Maxwell] ran a sex trafficking organization but she claims also that she was directed by my client and the Epstein defendants to have sex with third parties, including Alan Dershowitz, for example,’’ Menninger said. “And so to the extent my client or Mr. Dershowitz or anyone else is going to be asked about their private sexual activity, I believe that would implicate their privacy rights...’’

Roberts, who now lives in Australia, said that Epstein ordered her to have sex with Dershowitz six times, according to a 2015 affidavit, which was filed in connection with an unrelated Epstein federal lawsuit.

At that time, Dershowitz launched a media blitz on TV asserting that Roberts made up the story. He also called for Roberts’ lawyers — Edwards and University of Utah law professor Paul Cassell — to be disbarred. The lawyers sued Dershowitz for defamation, and the case was settled last year.

Dershowitz publicly declared he was vindicated after a federal judge ordered Roberts’ affidavit stricken from the court record. But the judge did not address the veracity of her sexual misconduct claims; he instead ruled that the affidavit was misplaced in a case not involving Dershowitz.

Boies, whose firm represented Roberts pro bono, addressed Dershowitz’s longstanding contention that he had been exonerated.

“Anytime in a lawsuit where you were the defendant and you paid the plaintiff $900,000 to settle it — that’s a strange kind of vindication,’’ Boies said, asserting that Dershowitz paid that amount as part of the defamation settlement with Edwards and Cassell."
Only in a Mossad honeypot conspiracy would you have, as one of your lawyers, somebody who was part of the plot, as a possible co-defendant!

Cogent fantasy

"How the Russiagate Hoax Has Led to the ‘Sovietization of America’" (Cohen):
"Soviet authorities, through the KGB, regularly charged and punished dissidents and other unacceptably independent citizens with linguistic versions of “collusion” and “contacts” with foreigners, particularly Americans. (Having inadvertently been the American in several cases, I can testify that the “contacts” were entirely casual, professional, or otherwise innocent.) Is something similar under way here? As the former prosecutor Andrew C. McCarthy has pointed out, to make allegations of Trump associates’ “collusion” is to question “everyone who had interacted with Russia in the last quarter-century.” In my case and those of not a few scholarly colleagues, it would mean in the last half-century, or nearly. Nor is this practice merely hypothetical or abstract.
The US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence recently sent a letter to an American professor and public intellectual demanding that this person turn over “all communications [since January 2015] with Russian media organizations, their employees, representatives, or associates,” with “Russian persons or business interests,” “with or about US political campaigns or entities relating to Russia,” and “related to travel to Russia, and/or meetings, or discussions, or interactions that occurred during such travel.” We do not know how many such letters the Committee has sent, but this is not the only one. If this is not an un-American political inquisition, it is hard to say what would be. (It was also a common Soviet practice, though such “documents” were usually obtained by sudden police raids, of which there have recently been at least two in our own country, both related to Russiagate.)
In this connection, Soviet authorities also regularly practiced selective prosecution, which is persecution intended to send a chilling signal to other would-be offenders. For example, in 1965, Andrei Sinyavsky and Yuli Daniel were arrested for publishing their literary writings abroad under pseudonyms, an emerging practice the Kremlin wanted to stop. And in 1972, an important dissident figure, Pytor Yakir, was held in solitary confinement until he “broke” and signed a “confession,” even naming some of his associates, which greatly demoralized the dissident movement. Paul Manafort is no American dissident, literary or otherwise, and he well may be guilty of the financial misdeeds and tax evasion as charged. But he is facing, at nearly age 70, in effect a life sentence in prison and, through fines imposed, the bankruptcy of his family. We may reasonably ask: Is this selective prosecution/persecution? How many other hired US political operatives in foreign countries in recent years have been so audited and onerously prosecuted? Or has Manafort been singled out because he was once Trump’s campaign manager? We may also ask why a young Russian woman living in Washington, Maria Butina, was arrested and kept in solitary confinement until she confessed – that is, pleaded guilty. (She is still in prison.) Her offense? Publicly extolling the virtues of her native Russian government and advocating détente-like relations between Washington and Moscow without having registered as a foreign agent. Americans living in Russia frequently do the same on behalf of their country. Certainly, I have often done so. Are patriotism and promoting détente as an alternative to the new and more dangerous Cold War now a crime in the United States, or is the selective prosecution of Butina a response to Trump’s call for “cooperation with Russia”?
Now we have an even more alarming Soviet-like practice. Former acting head of the FBI  Andrew McCabe tells us that in 2017, he and other high officials discussed a way to remove President Trump from office. As Alan Dershowitz, a professor of constitutional law, remarked, they had in mind an “attempted coup d’état.” Which may remind students of Soviet history that two of its leaders were targets of a bureaucratic or administrative “coup”- Nikita Khrushchev twice, in 1957 and 1964, the latter being successful; and Gorbachev in August 1991, though perhaps several other plots against him may still be unknown. Khrushchev and Gorbachev were disruptors of the bureaucratic status quo and its entrenched interests – very much unlike President Trump, but disruptors nonetheless.
Finally, at least for now, there is the role media censorship played in Soviet repression. To a knowing reader who could read “between the lines,” the Soviet press actually provided a lot of usable information. Equally important, though, was what it excluded as taboo—particularly news and other information that undermined the official narrative of current and historical events. (All this ended with Gorbachev’s introduction of glasnost in the late 1980s.) In the era of Russiagate, American mainstream media are practicing at least partial censorship by systematically excluding voices and other sources that directly challenge their orthodox narrative. There are many such malpractices in leading newspapers and on influential television programs, but they are the subject of another commentary."
"FBI Official Admits To Infiltrating Trump Campaign - Just Don't Call It Spying" (Durden:
"Halper's former father-in-law was Ray Cline, former Deputy Director of the CIA. He also allegedly spied on the Carter administration - collecting information on foreign policy (an account disputed by Ray Cline)."
"Halper's involvement in surveilling the Trump campaign was exposed by the Daily Caller's Chuck Ross, who reported that the 74-year-old spook was enlisted by the FBI to befriend and spy on three members of the Trump campaign during the 2016 US election.
Halper received a DoD contract from the Obama administration for $411,575 - made in two payments, and had a start date of September 26, 2016 - three days after a September 23 Yahoo! News article by Michael Isikoff about Trump aide Carter Page, which used information fed to Isikoff by "pissgate" dossier creator Christopher Steele. The FBI would use the Yahoo! article along with the unverified "pissgate" dossier as supporting evidence in an FISA warrant application for Page."
"Halper approached Page during an election-themed conference at Cambridge on July 11, 2016, six weeks after the September 26 DoD award start date. The two would stay in contact for the next 14 months, frequently meeting and exchanging emails.
He said that he first encountered the informant during a conference in mid-July of 2016 and that they stayed in touch. The two later met several times in the Washington area. Mr. Page said their interactions were benign. -New York Times
And as the Daily Caller reports, Halper used a decades-old association with Paul Manafort to break the ice with Page.
In September 2016, the FBI would send Halper to further probe Trump aide George Papadopoulos on an allegation he made that Russia had "dirt" on Hillary Clinton. According to Papadopoulos in an interview with Dan Bongino, Halper angrily accused him of working with Russia before storming out of a meeting.
Halper essentially began interrogating Papadopoulos, saying that it’s “obviously in your interest to be working with the Russians” and to “hack emails.” “You’re complicit with Russia in this, isn’t that right George” Halper told him. Halper also inquired about Hillary’s hacked emails, insinuating that Papadopoulos possessed them. Papadopoulos denied knowing anything about this and asked to be left alone."

"There's already an effort underway to assure confused Dem partisans that the end of the Mueller investigation means nothing: oh, don't worry, Adam Schiff will take care of it. The SDNY will get them all. At least that's cogent fantasy. Insinuating Mueller was silenced is lunacy."

"Netanyahu Backs “Jewish Power” Terrorist Party" (Wallace).  "Netanyahu Orchestrates Merger To Bring Extremists Into Knesset".  'Terrorist' is exactly right.  When Bibi found himself under pressure in his election from the right, he simply leapfrogged over to the ultra-extreme right.  We could say he's completely without scruples, which is true, but we can't forget it is those 'nice' Jewish Israeli voters who are pushing him.

"An Honest Living by Steve Salaita".  He's lucky to still be alive.  What happens if you challenge the land theft and murder by those 'nice' people.  The Salaita case remains the clearest example of the total shekel corruption of academia.

What we've seen over and over is that once we have a Clarification for voters, and the crap is stripped away, they will vote righteously.  I believe this Khazar stunt is going to backfire on them in the next election.

"When Saudi Arabia Gets the Bomb" (Pierson).  One of the main reasons MbS went to Pakistan.

"The Dire, Unintended Consequences of Trump’s MAGA War on China" (Crooke) (maybe a bad time to be picking a fight with China):
"Trump’s aim here, simply, is to force US companies to switch away from China – and to curtail China’s economic prospects. The US will continue to use non-tariff barriers, investment restrictions, export ‘ring-fencing’, financial sanctions, and criminal indictments to achieve its aims. It will extend to energy and information too. It already has. (Recall that Britain initially tried to weaken Germany economically, by blockading food transiting through the North Sea. The US supported the blockade.)

But perhaps the worry most likely to arise from past precedent will be Trump’s insistence on full-spectrum, US military re-arming. He has promised to out-spend and out-innovate all rivals on a revamp of weapons systems, and is engaged in shaking the US free from all and any restrictions, stemming from earlier weapons limitation treaties.

In this connection – just last week – something most significant occurred. As Gillian Tett of the FT reports: “Beth Hammack, a senior Goldman Sachs banker, who chairs a US government advisory group known as the Treasury Bond Advisory Committee, dispatched a letter to Steven Mnuchin, Treasury secretary – with a bombshell at the bottom”. She continues: “According to TBAC calculations, America will need to sell an eye-popping $12 Trillion of bonds in the coming decade. This will “pose a unique challenge for the Treasury”, Ms Hammack warned, even “without factoring in the possibility of a recession”. In plain English”, Tett continued, “the Wall Street luminaries on the committee were asking who on earth — or in global finance — will buy this looming mountain of Treasuries?”.

This – just to be clear – will be the US borrowing requirement, before even Trump raises a finger on his major upgrade of America’s weapons systems. The Advisory Committee further warned that deficits typically rise 2-5% of GDP in recessions, which would translate to additional deficits of $0.5-1trn at current GDP levels; and warned too that "these borrowing needs [would all] have to be financed in the context of already high global dollar debt exposure."

Lest the full gravity of this message is missed, Tett adds that “this week, one of America’s biggest hedge funds privately concluded that – in five years’ time – the Treasury will need to sell bonds equivalent to 25% of GDP, (up from 15 % now).” “This level of debt has occurred just twice in the past 120 years, first during the second world war and then again during the 2008 financial crisis. The first time, the US government forced private domestic savers to buy its debt via a patriotic propaganda campaign and financial controls. The second time it relied on its central bank’s balance sheet via quantitative easing [i.e. ‘printing’ money].”

“Because of the size of the US economy and markets … it will require about a 6 per cent shift in global asset allocations” to absorb the debt, this hedge fund warned …“What if investors don’t want to make that shift?”.

An important question. But Trump has taken up the major military revamp banner with characteristic MAGA nationalistic bravado. And now hardly a day passes without China being described to Congress as “the greatest long-term strategic threat” to US. The Military Industrial Complex, Congress and the Beltway – all of them have the bit between their teeth. The pork-barrel dollars will fertilise all fifty states, be sure of that, and Congressional ‘eyes’ are already fixed on that juicy prospect. No way this will be walked-back completely.

But, back to that ‘eye-popping’ TBAC bombshell, it must be understood against the backdrop of the dollar share in global foreign exchange reserves falling from 70% in 1999, to about 63% at the end of 2017 – and global trade, as a share of world GDP, seeming to have peaked.

China is now running a flat current account with the rest of the world.

Yes, that’s correct: in August, a historic event occurred: for the first time in its modern history, China's current account balance for the first half of the year, had turned into a deficit. And just to be very clear: no trade surplus – equals no Chinese financing of the US debt. They haven’t anyway – for some time now.

So, putting all this together: The US psychologically and politically cannot, or will not, walk-back the promised revamp of US weapons systems: “out-spending, out-innovating” all (though some of it, in the end, inevitably may be trimmed a bit) – the ‘threat’ has been hyped too far, now. The die is cast. But there are no foreigners buying US Treasury debt now – after seven decades in which they have funded US deficit spending. And what then does happen when, in a short period of time, the Treasury has to sell fiat debt equivalent to 25%–30% of US GDP (possibly in mid-recession, when government expenditure automatically rises)?

The US fiscal space will not just be crowded out; it will be overwhelmed. No money for the activist new intake of Democratic radicals, such as Ocasio-Cortez, to fund social projects. The strains on party unity will be obvious. But no money for ‘crumbling’ US domestic infrastructure, either. No money to fill the gap on under-funded pensions. Social stress will spike.

Inevitably, the US Treasury’s dollar printing presses will run red hot. And confidence in the dollar will sink. And it is not to be Foroohar’s “Casandra” to point to earlier experience of what may happen (did happen), when one erstwhile dominant state determines to stop the rise of a challenger – by all means available. Is it too late for Trump to pull-back, and settle just for selling China lots of Soya beans and some LNG? Probably."

A funny tinge

Considering that al Qaeda just murdered a bunch of Iranian soldiers, this is even more ridiculous than usual (and, of course, hearkens back to similar ridiculous connections between al Qaeda and Saddam alleged by the Khazars - no less that the concentration camp guard himself! - to get their disastrous attack on Iraq):  "EXCLUSIVE: Iran-al Qaeda alliance may provide legal rationale for U.S. military strikes" (Wolfgang/Taylor).

"'A funny tinge': Uproar over remark by ex-Labour MP Angela Smith".  She's found an excellent name for the new party, while demonstrating you can be ridiculously racist while purporting to be fighting the good fight against 'anti-Semitism'.  It seems to me this new party is a stupid move by the Khazars, as these clowns were doing much more harm inside Labour than they can do outside of it (Corbyn should send them thank you cards), where most will lose their seats and fade into deserved, but well shekeled, obscurity.

Pause for applause

Justin Trudeau, slow-witted would-be savior of the rich white 1% of Venezuela, had to throw his Karl Rove under the bus to save his own political skin.  Desperate times call for desperate measures, but that is extremely desperate, reflecting the fact that the Liberal perception is that this scandal a huge problem for them.  "Gerald Butts’ departure marks end of position rarely seen in Canadian political life" (Delacourt).  This is humorously reminiscent of the 'curse of Assad', where everybody who said the departure of Assad was a fait accompli ended up out of politics, with Assad still in power.  It is also telling that Trudeau built this snowfake, virtue-signaling, identity-politics cabinet, and then treated his native Minister of Justice in the most obviously racist way imaginable (and Canadian natives know it), by assuming she would be compliant as she knew her position was entirely due to her identity and not her abilities.  He completely screwed her over by forcing her to do his dirty corrupt work, and then making her incapable of talking about it due to the relationship of solicitor-client privilege the Minister of Justice has with the cabinet.  "'Rule of law' in the Trudeau era" (Mitrovica).

This is quite something!:  "The geopolitics of Pulwama" (Bhadrakumar).  Unfortunately, Hindu supremacism sees a friend in Khazar supremacism even as the connection is completely against Indian national interests. Note (ultra woke):
". . . there has been a specific report recently of an Israeli plane landing secretly at the Noor Khan Airbase in Rawalpindi and left after several hours, which coincided, intriguingly, with the visit by Netanyahu to Oman in November. It fuelled the speculation that the Israelis might have had a secretive pow-vow with the all-powerful Pakistani military leaders. Some in Pakistan even thought Netanyahu had flown in for a quiet chat with Imran Khan.
Equally, reports have appeared recently regarding an Israeli military and intelligence presence already in Afghanistan, which could not have happened without the knowledge of Islamabad and tacit acceptance by the Pakistani military establishment.
On the other hand, today, Saudi Arabia and the UAE are Israel’s covert allies in West Asia. They are joined at the hips in the project to overthrow the Iranian regime. We may expect that the Af-Pak could become a major theatre from where their covert operations would be launched with the help of Pakistan under the watch and protection of the US to destabilise Iran. Tehran has repeatedly alleged that the two Arab states are working in tandem with the US and Israel.
After last Tuesday’s fedayeen attack in Iran’s southeastern region of Sistan-Baluchistan bordering Pakistan (in which 27 Iranian troops were killed in circumstances eerily similar to what happened in Pulwama), top Iranian generals have openly alleged the role of Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence. Unsurprisingly, Saudis and the Emiratis who are bankrolling the Pakistani economy, have come to call the shots in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.  Tehran is expecting turbulent times.
All this makes the US’ demonstrative act of commiserating with India over the Pulwama attack highly dubious, bordering on the diabolical. For the Trump administration today, Pakistan’s cooperation is critical for ensuring that a long term American military presence is established in Afghanistan. Although the US’ capacity to leverage Pakistan has diminished, the Pakistani elite’s “westernism” is still very much alive and the Saudi and Emirati clout in Islamabad and Rawalpindi supplements the American diplomacy.
Therefore, we have an explosive mix today, such as we have never come across before in our region and which no one could have foreseen previously — except, indeed,  the astute mind of Hamid Karzai — whereby the Taliban leadership has come under immense Pakistani pressure to eschew its “Afghan-ness”) and accede to the US wish list on an open-ended military presence in Afghanistan (which is also backed by Saudi Arabia and the UAE as well as Israel.)
Of course, there is resistance from within Taliban ranks to a settlement on such humiliating terms that militate against the Pashtun national pride and makes nonsense of the Taliban’s folklore of Afghan “resistance”. But the ISI has begun a vicious crackdown on such recalcitrant / irreconcilable elements within the Taliban leadership with a view to bludgeon those hapless fellows into submission.
What the Saudis and Emiratis are expecting as follow-up in the near future is a certain “rebooting” of the traditional Afghan-Islamist ideology of the Taliban and its quintessentially natioanlistic “Afghan-centric” outlook with a significant dosage of Wahhabi indoctrination, which would make it possible integrate the Taliban into the global jihadi network and co-habitate it with extremist organisations such as the variants of Islamic State or al-Qaeda (who have proliferated in the Middle East in the recent years), so that geopolitical projects can be undertaken in regions such as Central Asia and the Caucasus or Iran from the Afghan soil, under a comprador Taliban leadership.
If anyone can tweak the Taliban’s Pashtun DNA and morph it into a Punjabi DNA, it is only the Pakistani military establishment and ISI which can do it. The Saudis and Emiratis (and the Americans) expect the Pakistani military to fulfil this transformative act as quid pro quo for the tens of billions of dollars that are being doled out by them to keep Pakistan afloat.
India’s strategists and policymakers should have a thorough rethink of their options. Clearly, it requires vast intellectual resources and our security-centric set-up may be short of it. No doubt, the stopover by EAM Sushma Swaraj in Tehran in the weekend was a symbolic step in the right direction, but it is too little, too late. India should show spunk to stand up to Trump’s bullying and take practical steps to nurture and preserve the strategic understanding with Iran, which previous leaderships had bequeathed to Modi (including late AB Vajpayee who had a keen sense of history.)
The point is, Iran is India’s lone natural ally in the region. The Pulwama tragedy should  awaken us to this geopolitical reality. The time has come to rapidly revive the verve of the India-Iran strategic understanding, which has always been in our core interest as a factor of regional security and stability.
Again, a geopolitical matrix analogous to the Afghan jihad of the early 1980s is appearing. However, alas, there are people among the Indian elite — within the establishment and the media — who have already rushed to celebrate that the US national security advisor John Bolton twice telephoned Ajit Doval regarding Pulwama. Shame on them!
They do not know who Bolton is, what his real intentions could be. Bolton was a vociferous ideologue of the US’ Iraq invasion; he is today rooting for a permanent US military presence in Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan; and, most importantly, he is almost maniacally obsessive about the regime change project on Iran. He has made a handsome living out of such malignant dogma.
Fundamentally, he is a creation of the Israeli Lobby in the US, which manipulated his appointment to this key position as NSA in the Trump White House. Considering all this, the motivation behind Bolton’s commiserating words over the Pulwama tragedy must be properly understood. Make no mistake, there is iron in his soul.
At the most obvious level, Bolton has projected the US as India’s most sincere ally in the fight against terrorism. Two, he has subtly conveyed a US “tilt” toward India — and against Pakistan. Three, he has introduced the US into a mediatory role that enables it to finesse the Indian reaction to Pulwama in the coming days and weeks and may have created a vantage point from where Washington can easily insert itself into any India-Pakistan confrontation."

3 Big Things

In the last week or so we've seen:
  1. the admission of a false flag operation by a major PR-supplying/lying broadcaster at a time when the issue is still relevant and in fact at a time when the same kind of false-flag operation is being threatened ("Real ‘obscene masquerade’: How BBC depicted staged hospital scenes as proof of Douma chemical attack");
  2. a massive dual 'emperor's new clothes' truth attack by the same brand new, headscarf-wearing congresswoman, Ilhan Omar, with the benjamins/AIPAC tweets, and a refusal to kowtow to the usual bipartisan Washington consensus - the understanding being that nobody of either party will be embarrassed in public by mentioning their atrocities - in questioning the psychopathic Zionist monster Abrams; and
  3. Bezos getting into a snit about criticism from actual progressive activists and leaving billions of dollars in taxpayer gibs on the table to walk away, this from a company whose entire business model consists of exploiting government gibs (first by having a huge competitive advantage in not collecting sales taxes, and now by extorting municipalities in a bizarre contest to see which politicians can give it the most money in return for wrecking their cities).
Each one of these developments is yuge, and you almost have to hope that we're turning a corner, despite all the usual crap going on.

Unwitting collaboration

"The Real Motive Behind the FBI Plan to Investigate Trump as a Russian Agent" (Porter) (my emphasis in red - note the (((Goldman))) is the 'American' 'journalist' who spearheads the JYT's promotion of the Putin-runs-American-politics racket, and, if you can believe it "moved to Israel after college and returned to the U.S. in 1998.[6]"):
"Goldman also gave an interview to The New Yorker’s Isaac Chotiner, in which the interviewer pressed him on the weakest point of the Trump-as-Russian-agent theory.  “What would that look like if the President was an unwitting agent of a foreign power?” asked Chotiner.

The Times correspondent, who won a Pulitzer Prize for his coverage of the alleged Russian efforts to influence the 2016 election, responded:  “It is hard to say what that would look like.” Goldman then reiterated the concept. “People were very careful to tell me that: ‘It is wittingly or unwittingly.’” And in answer to a follow-up question, Goldman referred to evidence he suggested might be held by the FBI that “perhaps suggests that the President himself may be acting as a foreign agent, either wittingly or unwittingly….”

The idea that American citizens were somehow at risk of being led by an agent of the Russian government “wittingly or unwittingly” did not appear spontaneously. It had been pushed aggressively by former CIA Director John O. Brennan both during and after his role in pressing for the original investigation.

When Brennan testified before the House Intelligence Committee in May 2017, he was asked whether he had intelligence indicating that anyone in the Trump campaign was “colluding with Moscow.”  Instead of answering the question directly, Brennan said he knew from past experience that “the Russians try to suborn individuals, and they try get them to act on their behalf either wittingly or unwittingly.” And he recalled that he had left the government with “unresolved questions” about whether the Russians had been successful in doing so in regard to unidentified individuals in the case of the 2016 elections.

Brennan’s notion of “unwitting collaboration” with Russian subversion is illogical.  Although a political actor might accidentally reveal information to a foreign government that is valuable, real “collaboration” must be mutually agreeable. A policy position or action that may benefit a foreign government, but is also in the interest of one’s own government, does not constitute “unwitting collaboration.”

The real purpose of that concept is to confer on national security officials and their media allies the power to cast suspicion on individuals on the basis of undesirable policy views of Russia rather than on any evidence of actual collaboration with the Russian government.

The “witting or unwitting” ploy has its origins in the unsavory history of extreme right-wing anti-communism during the Cold War. For example, when the House Un-American Activities Committee was at its height in 1956, Chairman Francis E. Walter declared that “people who are not actually Communist Party members are witting or unwitting servants of the Communist cause.”

The same logic – without explicit reference to the phrase — has been used to impugn the independence and loyalty of people who have contacts with Russia.

It has also been used to portray some independent media as part of a supposedly all-powerful Russian media system.

The revelation that it was turned against a sitting president, however briefly, is a warning signal that national security bureaucrats and their media allies are now moving more aggressively to delegitimize any opposition to the new Cold War."
'Unwitting collaboration' would be something like Trump negotiating with Putin leading to some agreement that would be mutually beneficial to the peoples of both countries, say some kind of big arms pact or anything at all that would lead to an increase in the likelihood of peace, but not beneficial to the Military Industrial Complex or Big Jew.  This hearkens back to the general idea that the Clintonistas were funding the dossier at a time when they thought Trump's chances against Killary were laughable, so its intent was not as oppo against Trump, but as a Cold War tool against the Russians (we would never have known this had Trump not won, as his winning repurposed the dossier).  As we see from Porter's analysis, the FBI and the (((media))) had similar ideas, and we can see the same thread running through the current deranged thinking of the Clintonistas, who continue to assert that we'll all see it when Mueller finally gets around to releasing his hidden material.  At the same time, we're also being prepared for the fact that Mueller's report is going to be a big bust, with no actual collusion found.  Of course, if the whole exercise is simply to manage Trump, rein him in from some egoistical desire he might have to be seen as a Great Man due to the fact he brought sanity and peace to the world, the danger of a no-collusion finding would be immense, leaving him the rest of his term (and perhaps the next) to do huge damage to the war industry and the Zionists.

I think a significant part of the Trump Derangement Syndrome, part of The Clarification, is that the American 'left' or 'liberals' are suffering grievously from the lack of self esteem caused by the collapsing of the American Empire.  Of course, Trump has nothing to do with this collapse - which largely stems from Zionist bribery and the disastrous series of Wars For The Jews encouraged by the (((media))) - but his management of the process of the United States losing its position as the One Essential County will go a long way to determining whether the process is sane and relatively comfortable, or a massive disaster.

Mysterious high-pitched scream

Tweet (Charles Shoebridge):
"Although his ‘sick and tired of rebels and activists using dead children’ tweet was tweeted in anger and suggested he knew such staging happened a lot. He soon deleted his tweet, later claiming he’d been referring only to one specific dead child’s pose"
Tweet (Afshin Rattansi):
"Not only US Cruise Missile Attacks for lies about WMD..but UK attacks ordered by backed by MPs 1/1"
"BBC Producer Comes Forward and Admits Assad Gassing was Fake" (Batty). It is not uncommon to have an admission of a false flag years after the fact, often as a kind of boasting of how well they tricked us, but a devastating admission of 'journalistic' lying is rare within a year of the incident.

Tweet (Mark Curtis):
"With Venezuela regime change, fabricated stories about Assange, platforming for MI5, campaign against Corbyn, no coverage of UK support for Egypt/Israel etc etc, we have to legitimately ask: who are the forces behind the Guardian?"
"Canadian Media boosts Trudeau’s Popularity Over Venezuela" (Engler).  Note the full-spectrum political, and 'journalism', support for the atrocities against both Libya and Venezuela.

"‘Progressive’ Trudeau Government Attacks Venezuela" (Clarke).  Clarke has a lifetime of working in the trenches as a real socialist.

"Venezuela & The Mighty Wurlitzer" (Nelson).  I think the verb that should be used to describe doing 'journalism' is 'committing', as in committing a crime.

Tweet (Don Foreman) (it's a 'journalist's' technique, something like a limited hangout, to pretend to care about the details you've mangled in order to protect the bigger lies):
"Canadian News gives almost an apology for spreading fake news on and helping the manufacturer consent for a military invasion. "

"NPR misleads public in report on AIPAC vs Ilhan Omar" (Weir). "Meddling, anyone? Pro-Israel groups spent $22 million on lobbying & campaign contributions in 2018".  These are the public benjamins, but we mustn't forget the hard toil of Shlomo schlepping those quiet bags to people like Trump.

Gas The Kikes for the 21st century.

"The 'Disappearing Democrat' Scandal - Part 1" (Donner) (part two).  A lot of the ridiculous allegations against Trump are a (successful) attempt to change the subject.

Tweet (annie fofani) (worth bearing in mind when considering that the dim Weiss was hired, and the brilliant Norton unhired, simultaneously):
"like bari weiss's father is literally a member of the AIPAC National Council. getting young lobby up n comers into influential placement (preferably lifetime) in prominent media positions (as if they were neutral!) is a goal. the next generation is upon us"

"While Pompeo Pouts In Poland, Putin Pushes Peace In Syria" (Luongo).  Again, a striking contrast between the warmongering conference of Pompeo, which the Eurotrash are embarrassed about, but not quite brave enough to completely boycott, and Putin employing the basic old principles of international law to negotiate for peace.

Some of the Eurotrash are slowly coming to the realization - not that they will show enough courage to do anything about it - that Trump is setting them up to be glow-in-the-dark bar-b-que briquettes:  "Germany Pushes Back on Trump: Cold War U.S. ‘Nuclear Shield’ Deal Now in Jeopardy"

"New McCabe Book: FBI Made Plans to Overthrow Trump, Replace Him With Pence" (Batty).  If it wasn't Trump, this would be obviously high treason.

"Roberto Lovato: Elliott Abrams Is Bringing Violence of 1980s U.S. Latin America Policy to Venezuela":
"ROBERTO LOVATO: Hi, Amy. Hi, Nermeen. Thank you for having me.

When I see Elliott Abrams on, in front of Congress, it stirs my subconscious, and I think it stirs the subconscious of the entire country, that wants to forget, but won’t and shouldn’t forget, what happened in Central America in the 1980s. So, many of the actors, many of the tactics and strategies, many of the political alliances we’re seeing around Venezuela have already—you know, that’s why you bring in Elliott Abrams, a cold warrior, a dirty warrior.

So, my reaction is, I start remembering my most recent visit to the forensics labs in El Salvador, where I saw the skulls, that they’re still processing, of little children killed in El Mozote. As we speak right now, in El Mozote today, they’re starting another round of exhumations and digging, after 30 years, of El Mozote, where nearly almost a thousand people were killed, including many—mostly women, children and elderly people. And I would just correct some of the congressmembers to say that—

The El Mozote massacre of December 1981.

ROBERTO LOVATO: —it wasn’t just El Mozote massacre. You have the entire landscape of El Salvador massacre, was, you know, dotted with mass graves, because of mass graves of entire towns. And then you have Guatemala—right?—where towns, Mayan towns mostly, were entirely wiped out, just like in El Mozote. And you have the Contra war in Nicaragua.

So, when I see Elliott Abrams, I have a very visceral reaction, and I have to kind of breathe in. And really I just can’t—if I wasn’t this old, I would be in—I would sigh in disbelief. But it just confirms that the United States is in decline. He’s clearly a sign of U.S. degeneracy. And his appointment shows that the Trump administration is willing to re-unleash the darkest forces in U.S. modern history for war, destabilization and death squads. So, that’s my reaction."
"Venezuela - Media Find Trump's Coup Plan Does Not Work" (Moon).

"US air freight company that smuggled weapons into Venezuela linked to CIA ‘black site’ renditions" (Webb).  Maybe George Bush can strap on the ol' codpiece and fly a few runs.  Note that this is an example of the same type of 'internet sleuthing' that Bellingcat purports to do, the only tiny difference being that it is not a pack of lies.

"Third Suspect in Skripal Poisoning Identified as Denis Sergeev, High-Ranking GRU Officer" (Rakuszitzky).  I assume this was pulled out of Bellingcat's ass in response to the recent embarrassing revelation that the first responder to the Skripal attack was a senior British military nurse.  Tweet (Bellingdog):
"Third Suspect in Skripal Poisoning Identified as the #YellowFlash, High-Ranking GRU Officer, able to time-travel to Rome an hour before he left the UK!"
The Independent shovels the shit as fast as 'journalists' can, but even they have trouble following the story and its timeline:  "Denis Sergeev: Third Skripal suspect identified as high-ranking Russian spy, say reports" (Osborne/Carroll).

And, speaking of Bellingcat:  "BBC Producer's Syria Bombshell: Douma "Gas Attack" Footage "Was Staged"" (Durden).  "BBC “Trying to Limit Damage” After Fake News of Syrian Chemical Attack" (interview with Beeley).

"Yemen: US "Accidentally" Arming Al Qaeda (Again) " (Cartalucci):
"While the US pleads innocent and attempts to blame the arming of Al Qaeda in yet another of Washington's proxy wars on "accidental" or "unauthorized" weapon transfers, it is clear that Al Qaeda has and still does serve as a vital auxiliary force the US uses both as a pretext to invade and occupy other nations - and when it cannot - to fight by proxy where US forces cannot go.

The US - which claims its involvement in Syria, Iraq, and Yemen is predicated on containing Iran who the US accuses of jeopardizing global security and of sponsoring terrorism - has aligned itself with actual, verified state sponsors of terrorism - Saudi Arabia and the UAE - and is itself knowingly playing a role in the state sponsorship of terrorism including the arming of terrorist groups across the region.

Iran and the militant groups it has backed - accused of being "terrorists" - are ironically the most effective forces fighting groups like Al Nusra and ISIS across the region - illustrating Washington and its allies of being guilty in reality of what it has accused Syria, Russia, and Iran of in fiction."

"The great Equifax mystery: 17 months later, the stolen data has never been found, and experts are starting to suspect a spy scheme" (Fazzini).

I regard van Creveld as an indicator of high-level Zionist planning (remember this?):  "Just as in 1948" (my emphasis in red):
"A single Jewish State. In view of the demographics, which are working against it, clearly such a state could only come about as a result of war. And clearly the most likely cause of such a war would be a double one. A desperate Israeli attempt to avert a single Palestinian State on one hand; and an opportunity provided by the collapse of the Hashemite regime in Jordan on the other. A collapse followed by the kind of chaos that will enable organizations similar to Hamas, Hezbollah and ISIS to use it as a base for terrorism against Israel, dragging the latter into an unwinnable war like the American one in Afghanistan and spreading west across the Jordan River. Here the fact that a great many—no one knows, just how many—citizens of Jordan are themselves Palestinian or of Palestinian origin could play a critical role."
There's lots of real, suppressed, legitimate unrest in Jordan, but the Khazars, with the help of course of the (((media))), would stir up some phony unrest leading to a political crisis in Jordan, some false flag attacks on Israel arising from Jordan would be the casus belli for Israel 'defending itself' by attacking Jordan, and the upshot would be that when the Israelis withdraw all the Palestinians would end up pushed into Jordan, which has been the desired Zionist goal all along.

A serious professional mistake

Tweet (Katie Halper):
""Dear readers: we meant to fundraise off of smearing the *other* Muslim congress woman. Apologies for the confusion.""
We have to remember that this orgy of fundraising isn't from the Jewish billionaires, whose funding goes on in back rooms. These are solicitations to the 'nice' Jews who are only in favor of rainbows and lollipops and unicorns and never have a thought about group supremacist murder and and land theft.

Tweet (Two Flames):
"Notice 's hashtag . He refers to the illegal Israeli settlements - towns built on stolen Palestinian land. Ben wants to define the Palestinian arab people as destructive filth: unworthy of land unworthy of home unworthy of life today's untermensch."
"Under the Boot" (Rubin).  Tweet (Max Boot):
"Disgraceful ad hominem attacks by on my colleague Elliott Abrams. She doesn't seem to realize he is a leading advocate of human rights and democracy--not a promoter of genocide! More evidence of the loony left I caution Democrats about: "
Tweet (Ken Klippenstein):
"Someone edited the wiki for the Mozote Massacre lmao"
The general loathing of Abrams, and cheering of Omar, is heartening.  You can see why (((they))) hastened to attempt to use their phony AIPAC/benjamins controversy to get her out of the Foreign Affairs Committee, no longer a comfortable place for these monsters.

"Netanyahoo Asks Arabs to "Advance The Common Interest Of War With Iran"" (Moon).  "Netanyanu Tweets Then Quickly Deletes He Is Seeking "War With Iran"" (Durden). This wasn't a mistake - Bibi's in the middle of an election campaign and calling for a War For The Jews (by the stupid farm animal gentiles) against Iran, a war which would be a disaster of world-ending proportions, is how you get elected in Israel.  Those oh-so-nice people will always vote for tricking the goyim into another disastrous war.

"Hacker hiding in Israel faces French trial in man’s death" (Abunimah).  The worst international scoundrels get to hide out in Israel, free from facing justice for their crimes, 'because of the Holocaust'.

"In Hebron, Israel Removes the Last Restraint on Its Settlers’ Reign of Terror" (Cook). And again, as always, we have to ask how all these pogroms and holocausts could possibly have occurred, at various times and in various places, to these poor people, who are so gosh darn lovable and innocent.
"You might imagine that a report by a multinational observer force documenting a 20-year reign of terror by Israeli soldiers and Jewish settlers against Palestinians, in a city under occupation, would provoke condemnation from European and US politicians.

But you would be wrong. The leaking in December of the report on conditions in the city of Hebron, home to 200,000 Palestinians, barely caused a ripple.

About 40,000 separate cases of abuse had been quietly recorded since 1997 by dozens of monitors from Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Italy and Turkey. Some incidents constituted war crimes.

Exposure of the confidential report has now provided the pretext for Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu to expel the international observers. He shuttered their mission in Hebron this month, in apparent violation of Israel’s obligations under the 25-year-old Oslo peace accords."
MbS versus Bezos:  tweets (İyad el-Baghdadi | إياد البغدادي):
"We've been looking into MBS's relationship with Jeff Bezos for a few days - here's a thread describing the picture I can see so far. Perhaps MBS partially thought he could get away with killing Khashoggi because of this relationship. Read, then retweet."
So the texts appear to be the work of the brother helping his sister to level up to wife (we'll see if that now works!!!), and the dick pics seem to be Saudi intelligence getting back at Jeff as MbS is butt hurt that Jeff's rag wouldn't let up on the Khashoggi coverage while simultaneously trying to make money with the Saudis. Despite Bezos attempting to make this about Trump, it has nothing to do with Trump, and very little to do with Pecker.

"The Trump-Trudeau Venezuelan Achilles’ Heel: “Not One Yanqui Soldier will enter Venezuela”" (August).  The Venezuelans have built military-revolutionary unity into the philosophical underpinnings of Chavismo.  Also, Justin is an asshole.

"Canada: A Stakeholder in the Venezuelan Coup" (Collectif Échec à la guerre):
"The only responsible and legitimate international approach to the crisis in Venezuela is the immediate lifting of foreign economic sanctions and the search for a genuine Venezuelan political solution through negotiation, under the auspices of independent mediators.

Uruguay and Mexico have pledged to take this path, and have announced the organization of a conference of neutral countries in Montevideo on February 7th. Canada has chosen foreign interference, which is dangerous and reprehensible."
Justin's current political scandal is interesting, as it turns directly on the promise he made to the middle class which got him elected, that they would get a 'fair shake' and not get screwed over by various back-room deals by various self-proclaimed 'stakeholders'.  You'll notice this is the same argument that got Trump elected, and it is the same concerns behind the uprising in France (and, of course, Venezuela is part and parcel of this same propensity to back-room crap).  Tweets (Paul Wells):
"1. This shit ⬇️ is a body blow to the central strategic objective of Justin Trudeau's Liberal Party going back to the 2014 Montreal convention: the desire to prove to ordinary people that the system isn't rigged against them for the benefit of the swells."

"‘Collateral damage’: The Amiriyah shelter bombing in Iraq should not be forgotten" (Clark). If you sift through the recent history of Assholia, all the 'mistakes' and 'accidents', bombings, airliners shot down, massacres here and there, they all start to add up.

"Europe Is Determined to Save the Iran Deal" (Ziabari),  Interview with a sane French ex-diplomat, François Nicoullaud.

"How the Syrian Conflict Sparked the New Cold War?" (Sadiq):
"On February 7, a month before the alleged assassination attempts in Salisbury, the US B-52 bombers and Apache helicopters struck a contingent of Syrian government troops and allied forces in Deir al-Zor that reportedly [2] killed and wounded scores of Russian military contractors working for the Russian private security firm, the Wagner group.
The survivors described the bombing as an absolute massacre, and Kremlin lost more Russian citizens in one day than it had lost throughout its more than tow-year-long military campaign in support of the Syrian government since September 2015.
The reason why Washington struck Russian contractors working in Syria was that the US-backed and Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) – which is mainly comprised of Kurdish YPG militias – had reportedly handed over the control of some areas east of Euphrates River to Deir al-Zor Military Council (DMC), which is the Arab-led component of SDF, and had relocated several battalions of Kurdish YPG militias to Afrin and along Syria’s northern border with Turkey in order to defend the Kurdish-held areas against the onslaught of the Turkish armed forces and allied Syrian militant proxies during Ankara’s “Operation Olive Branch” in Syria’s northwest that lasted from January to March 2018.
Syrian forces with the backing of Russian contractors took advantage of the opportunity and crossed the Euphrates River to capture an oil refinery located to the east of the Euphrates River in the Kurdish-held area of Deir al-Zor.
The US Air Force responded with full force, knowing well the ragtag Arab component of SDF – mainly comprised of local Arab tribesmen and mercenaries to make the Kurdish-led SDF appear more representative and inclusive – was simply not a match for the superior training and arms of Syrian troops and Russian military contractors. Consequently, causing a carnage in which scores of Russian citizens lost their lives, an incident which became a trigger for the beginning of the new Cold War as is obvious from subsequent events."
"Germany Pulls Rank on Macron and American Energy Blackmail"(Cunningham).  On the peculiar relationship of the Rothschilds and the Germans.  The Germans famously went along with the Rothschild plan to create the European 'refugee crisis' which allowed the Rothschilds to stock their Middle East stolen game farm, but at a ludicrous cost to the Germans themselves, who are now a little more 'skeptical'. The one good thing about Macron is that he makes no effort to hide what he is up to, or who he is working for.

"Representative Omar Clashes with Elliott Abrams Over U.S. Military Role in Central America".  The point of the attacks are to stifle any chance the truth might come out, but it doesn't seem to have cowed Rep. Omar.

Long nights (and days) of schlepping

"MN Jewish leaders talked with Ilhan Omar about anti-Semitism last year. Why they remain frustrated." (Orrick).  Ha!  Obviously didn't bring enough shekels with them.

This whole thing is great because American Jews are conceding that if the statement about benjamins were true, all 'American' Jews should be rounded up, put on rail cars, and made into lampshades, just for the obvious treason bribing American politicians so the US could ruin itself fighting Wars For The Jews.  It is only utter control of the (((media))), utter control of the beshekeled politicians, and a huge deplatforming campaign in the social media, that has allowed this 'emperor's new clothes' situation to continue for so long, with everybody knowing the truth of what nobody is allowed to say out loud.  It is the ruthless exercise of their financial might for purely group supremacist goals directly opposed to the real interests of the society they purport to be a part of which allows them to so obviously suppress discussion of the ruthless exercise of their financial might for purely group supremacist goals directly opposed to the real interests of the society they purport to be a part of.

Like Venezuela, the Lobby is a key test of authentic moral purity, and most, even those pretending to be 'left', fail miserably:  tweet (Tamara Nassar):

A love of the sea

"Venezuela: A Diplomatic Coup?" (Dobson).  The coup has already failed, and all the drama is now around whether and how Venezuela can deal with the various problems posed by the Assholians.  An Empire is largely smoke and mirrors, and if you keep foolishly starting battles you can't and don't win, eventually people will stop believing you really have the power you claim to have, and thus stop obeying.  One hint is that both Bolton and Abrams have staggering records of abject failure in every single thing they've done throughout their careers.  Shekels - Sheldon's basically an employment agency for the unemployable - takes care of this in Assholia, but the rest of the world can't help but notice.

"Venezuela's Guaido says he is working to restore ties with Israel".

"Being Marco Rubio" (Giraldi).  Little Mario actually seems mentally slow, to a degree that is rather striking for a prominent political figure.  With Trudeau as another example, we're seeing the new phenomenon of 'special' people as our political leaders (they are both also completely shekeled).  "The Cynicism of Empire: Sen. Rubio Tells Venezuelans to Overthrow Their Government…or Starve!" (McAdams).

Despite everything, and going back to Bhadrakumar's analysis of Trump's SOTU, there's reason for some guarded optimism.  The reason why Trump could be seen by )))historians((( as one of the great American Presidents - I'm 100% serious! - is that he has no appetite whatsoever for 'foreign entanglements'.  He's weirdly, but deeply, frugal, and sees them as preeminently a waste of money.  Thus the wars on Iran and Venezuela are both sanction wars which are supposed to cause so much human suffering that the respective populations will rise up and do the 'regime change' for the Americans (and their Khazar masters) without the necessity of messy 'boots on the ground' (hence the impotent blustering from Bolton).  Of course, since this isn't going to work, we're left with poor people suffering, as usual, but no earth-shattering disasters.

"The Spy Who Wasn't" (Bamford!).  Completely damning of the FBI.  She committed the ultimate sin, getting like-minded people together to talk about peace.

"Pro-Israel Lobby Caught on Tape Boasting That Its Money Influences Washington" (Grim). With the Khazars, we've got this weird thing going on, seemingly requiring each of us to have two separate brains to be able to process it, where you are a 'hater' - beneath contempt and to be completely excluded from polite society - if you notice things out loud which the perpetrators of these things boast about.

"Twitter trolls stoked debates about immigrants and pipelines in Canada, data show".  (((They))) actually think we're morons: "The troll accounts, which have since been deleted by Twitter, are suspected of having originated in Russia, Iran and Venezuela."  Adding Venezuela, now, should send all bullshit meters through the roof!

"War With Russia?" (Doctorow) (review of the Cohen book):
"Cohen identifies as the main driver of relations with Russia since the 1990s and the single most important cause of the present New Cold War: the triumphalism of American elites in their thinking about Russia as the defeated adversary which lost the Cold War. Hence, the insistence that Russia has no inherent rights of any kind, not to nonintervention in its internal affairs, not to any sphere of interest at its borders, not to a say as an equally entitled participant in managing global affairs. Hence, too, the Russian sense of grievance if not bitterness towards the United States as it realigns its economy and its foreign policy to protect and further its national interests by ways that bring it into direct confrontation with Washington in a number of regions and industrial sectors.

Another recurrent observation throughout the book is the unprecedented halt to all public debate of US policy towards Russia as we head ever deeper into conflict with Russia. All of those who would raise a hand and say “yes, but” are denounced as stooges of Putin or subjected to other ad hominem attacks which evade responding to factual and/or logical objections.

And the final recurrent theme binding the book together is the calamitous decline in journalistic standards at our leading national dailies, The New York Times and The Washington Post, together with the major U.S. television channels. In the press, opinion and news reporting are mixed up inseparably and the media have become partisan advocates in a fierce political war against the incumbent president. To put it neatly, the motto of The New York Times, “All the news that is fit to print” has degenerated into “All the news that fits.”"

"The Broken Presidential Destiny of JFK, Jr." (Guyénot) (my emphasis in red):
"The basic fact that seems firmly established by radar data is that JFK Jr.’s plane suddenly nose-dived into the Ocean at 9:41. That cannot be explained simply by an engine failure, as the Boston Globe correctly asserted:
“Even if the engine died, a federal aviation source said, it is unlikely that the plane would reach such a high rate of descent, because the plane is designed to glide without power at a much slower rate for several miles. And if Kennedy had run out of fuel, it is likely he would have made a distress call.”[40]
The most likely explanation, apart from suicide, is that the plane suffered a structural damage, possibly by explosive, making it impossible to maintain in the air; blowing off a part of a wing or the tail would have been enough, and would have required only a very small device fixed to the plane.
The next element to consider is that, from the early hours of July 17, it was reported that JFK Jr. had made a call to Martha’s Vineyard airport at 9:39 pm, asking for landing instructions in a perfectly calm tone, less than two minutes before his plane suddenly dropped and disappeared from radar. That information was broadcast on Boston WCVB-TV and was relayed by ABC News. A United Press International article dated July 17 said:
“At 9:39 p.m. Friday, Kennedy radioed the airport and said he was 13 miles from the airport and 10 miles from the coast, according to WCVB-TV news in Boston. He reportedly said he was making his final approach. … In his final approach message, WCVB-TV said Kennedy told controllers at the airport that he planned to drop off his wife’s sister and then take off again between 11 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. for Hyannis Airport.”[41]
WCVB-TV repeated that information continuously during their first two days of reporting on the story. They broadcast, at 12:35 p.m. on July 17, a phone interview by anchor Susan Wornick of U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer Todd Burgun, who confirmed the information. Here is a transcript of the footage, which Hankey has included in his valuable film (19:40):
Wornick: “We have been told by the Coast Guard that in fact there is now evidence of a last communication last night with JFK Jr.’s plane as he was making an approach to Martha’s Vineyard airport. Petty officer Todd Burgun joins us from the Coast Guard Base in Boston. He is a Petty officer, and a public information officer. Thank you for being with us, sir. What can you tell us about this last communication with JFK Jr.’s plane?”
Burgun: “All I really know at this time is that it was at 9:39 p.m. and it was with the FAA. And he was on his final approach to Martha’s Vineyard.”
Wornick: “So at 9:39, to the best of your information, JFK Jr. made a contact with the airport, with the flight controllers that he was on his final descent.”
Burgun: “That is correct.”
That is all that remained of WCVB-TV’s report on the subject, when researchers later obtained archive copies; “hours of time on the tape archive of WCVB’s July 17 broadcast, during which information on Kennedy’s radio contact was continually reported, have been intentionally cut,” complained John Quinn.[42] According to Jeffries, the original interview of Burgun was much longer:
“On the uncut tape, Burgun went on to delineate all the points from the UPI’s article: Kennedy was calm, on approach to the airport, had provided his position and trajectory, and had even made a comment about dropping Lauren Bessette off at the airport. Some five hours of coverage was edited out.”[43]
This crucial information was reported by news services on Saturday July 17 and early Sunday, July 18. By Monday morning, the FAA claimed that there was never a communication from Kennedy to the tower. Todd Burgun became utterly unreachable. According to the Boston Globe, Martin Wyatt, a controller at the Martha’s Vineyard Airport tower the night of Kennedy’s flight “declined comment on whether he had radio contact with Kennedy’s plane.”[44] Simultaneously, on July 18, FAA and NTSB officials produced some “newly found” radar “evidence” which supposedly showed Kennedy’s flight exhibiting signs of difficulties and irregularities long before 9:39; obviously, Kennedy’s perfectly normal call at 9:39 did not fit with that new version of events.

Of course, it is not inconceivable that the crucial piece of information of JFK Jr.’s 9:39 radio call was mistaken, false, or fake. Yet it seems highly implausible that the Coast Guard would charge their spokesman Todd Burgun — whose identity is not in question — to release it to the public without double-checking it. The fact that the news was originally broadcast by a Boston TV station is perhaps significant, as is the fact that, among major newspapers, the Boston Globe was the most critical of the official story (I’ll mention other cases along the way). Since Boston is the Kennedys’ historical stronghold, we can conjecture that an information war of some sort was going on between Boston and Washington, Boston trying to resist the disinformation assault from federal agencies.
The second element to consider is the testimony of Victor Pribanic, a trial lawyer from White Oak, Pennsylvania, who was fishing for striped bass off Squibnocket Point that night. He gave an interview to The Martha’s Vineyard Times, cited in the New York Daily News, July 21, 1999: “I heard an explosion over my right shoulder. It sounded like an explosion. There was no shock wave, but it was a large bang.” He also said, according to the Daily News, “that just before hearing the noise, he noticed a small aircraft flying low over the water toward the island.”[45] Pribanic repeated his story to filmmaker Anthony Hilder of the Free World Alliance: “I heard a loud impact like a bomb.” The next day, when Pribanic heard the news of the Kennedy crash, he gave his information to Hank Myer of the West Tilsbury Police Department. Myer accompanied Pribanic to the site where he’d heard the explosion, which would turn out exactly where the plane went missing. Police, he was told, forwarded his information to the investigators.[46] Pribanic was apparently not the only witness of the explosion. The July 17 UPI article mentions:
“A reporter for the Vineyard Gazette newspaper told WCVB-TV in Boston that he was out walking Friday night about the time of the crash and saw ‘big white flash in the sky’ off Philbin Beach.”
When John DiNardo contacted the Vineyard Gazette in an attempt to talk with this reporter, a few days later, he was told that the “whole thing” was a mix-up due to some fireworks having been set off at “Falmouth”, and, when he insisted, he was told that the reporter was no longer employed by the paper.[47]
Like the 9:39 radio call, the ear- and eye-witnesses disappeared from news reports from July 18 on. The National Transportation Safety Board initial report, released on July 30, 1999 makes no mention of them. It states that there was no “in-flight break-up or fire, and no indication of pre-impact failure to the airframe,” which excludes an explosion damaging the plane. On June 7, 2000, eleven months after the plane crash, the NTSB released its final report. That report was announced to the press by a short official NTSB news release which included the following statement: “The probable cause of the accident, as stated in the accident report, is: ‘The pilot’s failure to maintain control of the airplane during a descent over water at night, which was a result of spatial disorientation. Factors in the accident were haze and the dark night.’” A first problem must be pointed out: that statement from the NTSB news release which is supposedly taken from the final report does not appear in the final report. In fact, as I will show, it is hard to see how the full report supports the conclusion of that news release. One gets the impression that the person who wrote the news release didn’t even read the full report.
For example, the sudden drop of altitude from 2,200 feet to 1,100 feet in 14 seconds, stated in the full report, is hard to reconcile with the news release statement. Disorientation implies that the pilot was not aware that he was flying straight into the ocean. But that is impossible, as the NTSB Investigator-in-Charge, Robert Pearce, had admitted as early as July 20, 1999: “They were aware they were going down. With that kind of descent rate, it is going to be noisier than hell in the cockpit.”[48]
Jeb Burnside, commercial pilot and editor-in-chief of Aviation Safety Magazine, did a careful analysis of the NTSB report and radar data and confirms that weather conditions and pilot experience (or lack of) fail to explain the crash:
“On paper, this accident shouldn’t have happened. Despite most of his time being in a training environment, a typical 310-hour instrument-rating student in a well-equipped airplane should have had no problem with this flight.”[49]
The mainstream media hardly paid attention to the full report, and focused on the short news release. But they even distorted it to make its hesitant conclusion (“probable cause”) more assertive and dramatic. “Haze and the dark night,” which are mentioned as “factors in the accident,” were exaggerated and declared totally unsafe for flying. “The pilot’s failure to maintain control … as a result of spatial disorientation,” became proof that JFK Jr. was incompetent to fly in such terrible weather at night. And the implication was that JFK Jr. was reckless and irresponsible to fly that night, especially with his wife and sister-in-law on board.
So, after the first step of crucial omissions in the NTSB report (JFK Jr.’s 9:39 call to the airport and Pribanic’s report of an explosion), the disinformation process continued in two more steps: first, a NTSB news release about the “probable cause” of the “accident” is falsely presented as “stated” in the NTSB final report, whereas it is in reality a far cry from the picture presented in the report; second, that relatively prudent statement is exaggerated and dramatized in mainstream news, while all contradictory details in the full report are ignored. Let’s see out that works for the two following crucial points: 1) weather conditions and visibility, 2) the pilot’s experience and cautiousness. My point is not so much to determine exactly the visibility and the level of JFK Jr.’s skill, but rather to demonstrate a concerted effort to distort credible reports on these matters, with the obvious intention to convince the public that the lack of visibility and John’s inexperience are sufficient explanations for his plane crash, although in fact, they are not."
"One of the most dubious witnesses brought forward by the corporate media to support their claim of fatal visibility was Kyle Bailey. Here is how the Washington Post introduced him on July 21st:
“Kyle Bailey, 25, a pilot with more than a decade of flying experience who also keeps his plane at Essex County Airport and who frequently flies the same route as Kennedy — Fairfield to the Vineyard — took special note of Kennedy that night because Bailey had just decided against making the flight. / Bailey said he feared the combination of darkness and haze could be treacherous, causing him to lose sight of the horizon, lose his bearings, maybe even lose control of his plane. Visibility was four to five miles in Fairfield due to haze, near the margin for flying by visual rules, as opposed to instruments.”[53]
According to the NY Daily News of the same day, Bailey said:
“I saw him taxi [drive the plane on ground to prepare for take off], and I saw him take off. I [later] told my family, ‘I can’t believe he’s going up in this weather.’ At night, you don’t know where the sky ends and the ocean begins. You have no sight of the horizon. It can give you a false sense of flying level.”
“Bailey,” commented the Daily News, “was staggered by what he feared was another ghastly Kennedy tragedy. ‘It never seems to end for this family,’ he said. ‘He’s so young, with a life full of promise.’”[54]
How moving! But who is Kyle Bailey, “the last man to see Kennedy alive at the Fairfield airport”? I had no difficulty to find the answer to that question: it happens that Kyle Bailey later became an aviation analyst regularly working for major network and cable televisions such as Fox News, CBS, ABC, NBC, BBC. Bailey even appeared in the documentary Curse on the Kennedys? and very recently in the ABC documentary The Last Days of JFK Jr., aired in January 2019, in which he repeats his story. Can you swallow that blue pill?
In the same documentary The Last Days of JFK Jr. appears another private pilot by the name of Bob Arnot, who claims to have flown the same night along the same route as John. He declares there was no visibility, to the point that, when approaching Martha’s Vineyard, he could not see any lights at all. Unlike Bailey, who somehow escapted the attention of NTSB investigators, this Bob Arnot is most probably the unnamed pilot mentioned in the NTSB report as follows: “when his global positioning system (GPS) receiver indicated that he was over Martha’s Vineyard, he looked down and ‘…there was nothing to see. There was no horizon and no light. … I turned left toward Martha’s Vineyard to see if it was visible but could see no lights of any kind nor any evidence of the island. … I thought the island might [have] suffered a power failure.’” That testimony completely contradicts Martha’s Vineyard tower manager (Marvin Wyatt), who is quoted in the NTSB report as saying visibility was great. Which shows that the NTSB report is self-contradictory in some areas.
Now, it is a very small world. You can find on Wikipedia that “Dr. Bob Arnot is a journalist, author, former host of the Dr. Danger reality TV series, and previously medical and foreign correspondent for NBC and CBS.” Can you swallow that too? Or do you start to smell a media conspiracy?"
"One question has been the focus of much attention from independent researchers: was there a flight instructor as co-pilot in the plane? Officially, there wasn’t. No fourth body was recovered in the wreckage. But strangely enough, one seat was also missing, and conspiracy theorists such as John Hankey have speculated that it might have had a flight instructor’s body seat-belted on it, which might have been spirited away for the sake of building up the story of an incompetent and reckless John. For if John had flown with a flight instructor, then the whole argument of his recklessness falls. Again, I am mentioning this issue here, not to make any definite conclusion, but mainly to point out evidence of a concerted effort to close the case and satisfy the public that JFK Jr. died—and killed his wife and sister-in-law—by his own recklessness.
JFK Jr. had owned his Piper Saratoga for a little more than two months, and he had never flown it without a flight instructor. He had flown to Martha’s Vineyard 8 times in the previous month with that plane, always with a flight instructor. Since he had his wife and her sister on board, it doesn’t seem like him to fly without an instructor, especially at night. According to Donald Jeffries, “Early reports, such as the one that appeared in the New York Times on July 17, 1999, indicated that a flight instructor was on the plane. JFK Jr.’s George magazine coeditor Richard Blow recounted that Kennedy had told him he was taking a flight instructor with him during their last lunch together.”[59] Then, from the next day on, any mention of a flight instructor on board disappeared. Different explanations were offered for the fact that John flew without a flight instructor that particular night, for the first time on his new plane. His biographer Christopher Andersen writes:
“On today’s trip up from New Jersey, Jay Biederman, the flight instructor who had recently helped John pass his written instrument test and was preparing him for his instrument flight test, was scheduled to go along as he had several times before. But when Biederman canceled to join his parents on a hiking trip in Switzerland, John made the fateful decision not to find a replacement.”[60]
Curiously, that explanation contradicts a key testimony included in the NTSB final report, of which John Hankey provides a good critical analysis at the end of his film. I quote here the shorter presentation from Donald Jeffries:
“one of Kennedy’s flight instructors, Robert Merena, told the NTSB, some six months after the crash, that JFK Jr. had turned down his request to fly with him by saying he wanted to “do it alone.” These dramatic, ironic words were reported widely in the establishment press and solidified the image of JFK Jr. as an irresponsible daredevil. Merena’s own lawyer would deny he’d ever made such a statement, and the memorandum produced by the NTSB regarding it was suspiciously irregular, with no date, location, or signature on it. Most crucially, Merena had been interviewed five days after the crash by the NTSB, and he never mentioned anything about this, which would certainly seem to have been a pertinent fact. Merena did tell the NTSB in this early interview, however, that he’d never seen JFK Jr. fly without an instructor.”
The damning story of John rejecting the offer of a flight instructor and stubbornly insisting to pilot alone was included in the NTSB’s final report and became widely quoted.[61] Here it is from ABC News on July 7, 2000: “John F. Kennedy Jr. turned down an offer by one of his flying instructors to accompany him the night of his fatal flight to Martha’s Vineyard, saying he ‘wanted to do it alone,’ federal investigators say.” The same could be read in the Los Angeles Times on the same day, and in The New York Times.[62]
I personally feel that the question of whether there was a co-pilot in the plane or not cannot be conclusively answered either way. But the important thing here is the strong probability that Robert Merena’s testimony was fabricated or forced, to hammer in the point that there was no co-pilot and that JFK Jr. acted irresponsibly."
". . . the most suspicious thing of all is the way the bodies were disposed of after their rushed autopsies: they were cremated in Duxbury’s cemetery crematorium. Then their remains were taken aboard the Navy destroyer Briscoe, and scattered into the sea, near the place where they had found their death.
Why? “The burial for the 35th president’s son,” noted local Duxbury journalist Paula Maxwell, “was reportedly carried out in keeping with his expressed wishes.”[67] The Boston Globe reported on July 22 , “Kennedy’s family requested a burial at sea, and the Pentagon granted that request.”[68] But, the next day, the same newspaper expressed surprise:
“The cremated remains of John F. Kennedy Jr., his wife, and her sister were cast from a warship to the ocean currents in a manner not favored by the Catholic Church and in a ceremony that occurred only after the intercession of Pentagon brass. The Roman Catholic Church prefers the presence of a body at its funeral rites. And the Defense Department rarely accords the honor of burial at sea to civilians.”[69]
Moreover, no other Kennedy had ever been cremated. The reasons given for cremating JFK Jr. body do not make any sense and are contradictory. The New York Times wrote: “Kennedy family members, citing his wishes and hoping to avoid having a spectacle made of Mr. Kennedy’s final resting place, have decided to have his body cremated and his ashes scattered at sea in a Navy ceremony, a family adviser said.”[70] Can we believe that the Kennedy family, who had always showed respect for Catholic traditions, wanted no grave for JFK Jr., by fear that his grave might become a pilgrimage site? And can we believe that John, at age 39, had expressed “his wish” to be cremated? CNN added more bizarre explanations to that already incredible story:
“Sen. Kennedy, D-Massachusetts, had requested the burial at sea, saying it was his nephew’s wish to be cremated and his ashes spread on the waves. The request was approved by Defense Secretary William Cohen. / The family of the Bessette sisters requested that the two women be buried in the same ceremony, the Pentagon said. / John Jr., like his father, the late President John F. Kennedy, had a love of the sea. He spent many summers sailing and kayaking the waters where his plane crashed. / Pentagon officials tell CNN there are two grounds for granting permission for a naval burial at sea. First, there is a provision allowing for such burials for people providing “notable service or outstanding contributions to the United States. / Also, protocol allows sea burials for the children of decorated Navy veterans. President Kennedy was a naval officer wounded and cited for heroism in World War II.”[71]
How ridiculous! JFK was a decorated Navy veteran, and he surely loved sailing, yet he was buried in Arlington. It seems to me unconceivable that JFK Jr. would not have wished to be buried near his father. Even Pierre Salinger asked to be buried at Arlington Cemetery, not far from JFK. It is just as unbelievable that the Bessettes, who are said to hold John responsible for their daughters’ death, and to have received 10 million dollars in compensation from the Kennedys, would decide just the same. According to information found in RFK Jr.’s diary, published by the New York Post, Ann Freeman, Carolyn and Lauren Bessette’s mother, “began asking that her two daughters be buried near her home in Greenwich, Connecticut.” It was Edwin Schlossberg, Caroline Kennedy’s wife, who convinced her to have her two daughters cremated and their ashes spread in the ocean. “He bullied, bullied, bullied the shattered grieving mother,” writes RFK Jr., also commenting: “All the Bessette family knows that Ed hated Carolyn and did everything in his power to make her life miserable.” After Carole Radziwill, the wife of Anthony Radziwill, JFK Jr.’s cousin and close friend, complained to RFK Jr. about Schlossberg, RFK Jr. wrote in his diary: “She says she wants to start an ‘I hate Ed Club.’ There would be many, many members. John & Carolyn would have certainly applied.”[72] That surely makes us wonder about Edwin Schlossberg’s interest in the whole affair."
He settles on Killary - who feared Kennedy getting 'her' NY Senate seat - and the Mossad - who feared Jr. would be in a position to start an honest investigation of who actually killed JFK and RFK.  Lots of quibbling in the comments (and lots of people noticing he didn't look anything like JFK), though it is impossible to dispute the obvious NTSB/media corruption.  I'm infamous for not being thrilled about blaming people (well, Jews!) simply based on motive, particularly when there is no obvious way for the alleged perps to get around the usual gatekeepers, but there were no gatekeepers here, and anybody could have done it.  Whoever did it, the government and media both went out of their way to cover it up.
