Lap dogs and lackeys

"Trump tactics echo Venezuela’s populist Maduro and put Canada at risk, says former diplomat" (Grauer).  Dafuq did I just read.  Maduro's anti-democratic tendencies are influencing Trump, and Canada is in danger of being led down the same path by Trump?  Wow!  No wonder Canada has to get rid of Maduro.  This is from a senior Canadian diplomat:
"Over a 25-year career, Rowswell served with the United Nations in Somalia, as Canada’s first diplomatic envoy to Baghdad after the fall of Saddam Hussein, with NATO in Kandahar during Canada’s involvement in Afghanistan and as an adviser on international strategy in the Privy Council Office under Jean Chrétien and Stephen Harper."
You get a glimpse of the enormity of the deep problem facing Canada, when this is the level of analysis.  You don't like to think that your government is made up of literal monsters, but it is difficult to get around the facts.

Background on Rowswell's dirty meddling in Venezuela as lap-dog to the Venezuelan 1%:  "Canada’s Meddling in Venezuela" (Engler).

Canadian diplomats, though they got no credit for it, put together the cluster bomb ban.  You have to wonder how the decent people in Canadian Foreign Affairs think about this massive moral deterioration.

Tweet (Sarah Abdallah):
"What a crazy world we live in. faces up to 170 years in prison on 17 more charges merely for exposing US war crimes to the world. Meanwhile, those who invaded on a pack of lies not only still walk free, but are planning new wars against and ."
Tweet (Glenn Greenwald):
"Again: the reason Assange sought asylum and Ecuador gave it wasn't to hide from the Sweden case. He & Ecuador always said he'd go to Sweden if they promised not to send him to the US. The asylum was to protect him against this: *espionage* prosecution for *publishing documents.*"
Tweet (Elizabeth Murray):
"Amnesty International-UK: “Julian Assange's case is a case we're monitoring closely but not actively working on."  NOT ACTIVELY WORKING ON?  Opposing  extradition is not enough.  Why is AI silent about the ongoing violations of Julian's human rights and of press freedom?"
Amnesty has always worked hand in hand with the American Empire, so we shouldn't expect anything else from them.  It is good that this particular incident is opening some eyes.

More opening of eyes: tweet (Tim Hayward):
"Interesting that Democracy Now (!) invites not members of group who received leaked OPCW report & offered detailed comment on it, but instead a journalist who has been criticising the group since its creation!"
I'm curious about the American strategy here. You would think it would be prudent to hold off on the wild escalation of charges until they had him securely in the US.  The effort seems to be to get him to Sweden, but the extra charging seems to make it more difficult to get extradition (Ellsberg doesn't see the death penalty, just a massive sentence, so there's that).  The Americans must be certain that the Swedish judicial system is so corrupt that they can go this route and get extradition anyway, which after all maximizes the PR and sets the precedent making all serious journalism illegal.

"Trump & Sons: Kushner’s ‘Deal of Century’ is Bribing Palestinians to Go Away" (Henningsen).  Oddly, since the 40s, this has always been the 'deal'.  Bribe the crooked Palestinian leaders, and promise not to genocide all the Palestinians as long as they 1) continue to do the low-level tasks for Israeli capital; and 2) give up all and every political aspiration, and, of course, all the land including Jerusalem.  Literally the only thing new is the number of zeros after the bribe amounts.

Hill is so woke he's a walking alarm clock:  "Marc Lamont Hill slams Mizrahi Jews as 'identity category' of Palestinians" (Frantzman).  Suggesting there are real Jews and fake Jews, with the fake Jews the ones running Israel, is the biggest taboo possible.  Of course, the real Jews are at the bottom of the fake-Jew-created totem poll, just a step above the Palestinians (and the real Jews and Palestinians are genetically identical), making an alliance a logical step absent racist group supremacism that all Jews, real and phony, apparently buy into.  It is the same old mechanism whereby poor Southern whites threw their political lot in with the plantation owners rather than the slaves, a problem which still befuddles the US.

Just think about John Bolton as a human being

You wouldn't think the Khazars would fail because they cheaped out, particularly with somebody else's shekels, but $560 to sell your complete future, forever, seems a little light:  "The Money in the Trump-Kushner Peace Plan" (Baker):
". . .  if we take the total population of the four groups listed, it comes to roughly 120 million. This means that the sum that Trump and Kushner hope to raise to induce a commitment to their peace plan comes to $560 per person. This seems to be a one-time figure rather than any ongoing commitment of aid."
"The Trump Administration “Panicked over Nothing”. Pompeo Exaggerated Claims. “Do They Think We are Stupid”" (Larison).  "Do Iranian ‘Threats’ Signal Organized U.S.-Israel Subterfuge?" (Porter):
"That April 15 meeting was only the most recent one between top U.S. and Israeli national security officials over the past year, according to Ravid. These meetings were conducted under a still-secret U.S.-Israeli agreement on a joint plan of action against Iran reached after two days of unannounced meetings at the White House between Ben Shabbat and then-national security advisor H.R. McMaster on December 12, 2017. Ravid reported the details of that agreement in late December based on information from a “senior U.S. official” and confirmation from senior Israeli officials.
Ravid’s story provided details on the four working groups that were formed under the agreement, including one on “Joint U.S.-Israeli preparation for different escalation scenarios in the region, concerning Iran, Syria, Hezbollah in Lebanon and Hamas in Gaza.” The Mossad “scenarios” apparently provided the central ideas with which to justify the Trump administration’s subsequent escalatory moves against Iran, including ostentatiously moving an aircraft carrier and a B-52 bomber group into the region."
Pompeo PR press release:  "Tensions rise between Pompeo and Bolton". Sheldon has paid good shekels for Bolton, and I would expect the slightly less insane Pompeo would be the first to go, but there is no indication that anybody is going anywhere.  Trump likes to surround himself with nuts so he can appear to be the reasonable one, offering the best 'deal' anyone is liable to get.

"The Liberal Embrace of War" (Taibbi) (!):
"Earlier this month, onetime fierce Iraq war opponent Rachel Maddow went on TV to embrace John Bolton in a diatribe about how the poor National Security Adviser has been thwarted by Trump in efforts to topple Maduro.
“Regardless of what you thought about John Bolton before this, his career, his track record,” Maddow said. “Just think about John Bolton as a human being.”
The telecast was surreal. It was like watching Dick Cheney sing “Give Peace a Chance.”"
"From Golden Boy to “Deflated:” The Media Trajectory of Juan Guaido" (Rubenstein). Unless they false-flag assassinate him, and blame it on Maduro, Guido is far past his expiry date, and I expect both Trump and the (((media))) will start pretending Venezuela doesn't exist.  Sheldon also paid good shekels for Abrams, so I don't know how that will work out.

"Trump’s encircling of Venezuela: A fool’s errand" (Madsen) (see here and here):
"Trump and his team of incompetents are reinforcing Maduro’s support within Venezuela and around the Western Hemisphere. Trump announced that Philip Goldberg, formerly the US ambassador to Bolivia, will take up the same post in Bogota, Colombia. In 2008, Goldberg was expelled from Bolivia for trying to overthrow the progressive government of President Evo Morales. Goldberg also previously served in Bogota as the coordinator of Plan Colombia, a discredited State Department program that was, in reality, a US weapons-transfer and intelligence-sharing operation for Colombian paramilitary units to commit human rights abuses against Colombia’s indigenous population, farm workers, and Afro-Caribbean people along the northern coast.

Goldberg’s modus operandi in Latin America is well known. The Bolivian government said Goldberg conspired with the opposition to foment unrest in Bolivia’s natural gas-rich provinces. Goldberg has also allowed the US embassy in La Paz and the US Peace Corps and Fulbright scholars in the country to be used for espionage purposes. Goldberg was also adept at coordinating terrorist attacks on key infrastructure components. On September 11, 2008—note the date—a gas pipeline from Bolivia to Sao Paulo, Brazil was blown up by US-supported forces. Goldberg also coordinated anti-Morales actions of the right-wing governors of Santa Cruz, Pando, Beni, and Tarija. Opposition groups funded by the United States took over government buildings in the four states. Expect Goldberg, in coordination with Duque’s government, and President Jair Bolsonaro’s neo-fascist government in Brazil to carry out similar actions targeting Venezuela."

"Why Farage Wins the Country and Corbyn Wins Only a Party" (Atzmon).  I don't know why Atzmon is so down on Corbyn, as the wisdom of his cucking approach to the Khazars has yet to be determined (after all, if he wins, he can then start gassing the kikes as much as he likes), but this is good stuff, rarely seen:
"The Left’s vision of temporality is a linear structure of historical progress that proceeds from ‘a past’ to ‘a future.’ Left ideology is structured around an ever progressing time line. The Left always promises to make things better in the future, to fight austerity, to care for the many not the few, to bring about equality and tolerance, etc. None of this is happening at present. This leaves the Left as a promise that is supposed to fulfill itself in an imaginary ‘tomorrow.’

But this is not how the Right’s political argument is structured. In fact the Right and Fascist argument is far more sophisticated from a metaphysical perspective. In my recent book, Being in Time, I contend that the Right ideologist understands that for the working class, utopia is ‘nostalgia.’ Trump won his voters’ trust by promising to make America great again. He vowed to plant the past in the future, reversing the time line. He promised to march America backward. Nigel Farage is using the same tactic, appealing to the same sentiments. He promises to make Britain a kingdom again not just a corner island in a dysfunctional globalist setting, a.k.a the EU. Farage is riding on the longing for a better past. Corbyn was a political star only because he is a nostalgic character, an old lefty. For a time, he also reversed the time line, but neither he nor any of his advisers were clever enough to grasp the secret behind the ‘Corbyn revolution’. They let a magical moment of popularity evaporate. Corbyn has become a cliché. His approval rating is 25%, not exactly promising for a candidate for prime minister.

Within the context of Left thinking, past, present and future are chronological, set to follow each other in consecutive order. Within Right wing philosophy, time’s tenses change positions irregularly. Trump and Farage put the ‘past’ in the future. They promise to march us back. They appeal to the masses because the human spirit, in its search for unity, transcends linear chronology. The Right wing ideologist capitalises on the human search for essence, for a logos and for transparency. In this regard, humans are historical creatures. They are capable of seeing the future in the past and vice versa."

Tweet (Lee Smith):
"Transparent is only half of it—FBI was monitoring Trump team comms from 10/16 - 9/17, & collected backwards, too. Got nothing. Comey/Mueller turned "collusion" to obstruction traps. More nothing. Turns out Trump, most "investigated" president is US history, may be cleanest, too."

"How can a boxed perfume bottle that we were told was left in a bin in early March, still be in said bin in late June after regular emptyings? Just one of the many unanswered questions in the case."
"‘Orientalism,’ Then and Now" (Shatz) (my emphasis in red, in case you are still wondering where all the Islamophobia comes from):
"As a system of “power-knowledge,” Orientalism has always been based on a desire to know, and not merely to construct, or even vilify, the Other. The expeditionary force that Napoleon Bonaparte sent to Egypt in 1798 included 122 scientists and intellectuals, among them a handful of professional Orientalists. The history of Orientalism is rich in tales of Westerners assuming Oriental masquerade, as if they wanted to become, and not simply to master, the Other. Just think of T.E. Lawrence in his romantic desert gear, or—to take a more extreme example—Isabelle Eberhardt, a Swiss explorer in Algeria who dressed as a man, converted to Islam, and reinvented herself as Si Mahmoud Saadi at the turn of the twentieth century. And in more recent guise is the fictional character of Carrie Anne Mathison, the CIA officer played by Claire Danes in Homeland, covering herself in an abaya as she plunges into the alleys of the souk.
The knowledge collected by Western explorers and spies was hardly disinterested: it underwrote colonization, wars of conquest, and “humanitarian” intervention. Yet this Orientalism preferred to recast the West’s violent conquests as consensual interactions: seductions, not rapes. Politically speaking, it was often liberal, republican, and secular—based, at least in principle, on winning hearts and minds, on assimilating the Other to Western democratic values. In the French empire, as Pierre-Jean Luizard argues in his new book, The Republic and Islam, colonization was “a project led by republican elites opposed to the clerical right, who were much more cautious about colonial expansion.” (This, he adds, is an important reason why Arab and Muslim opponents of French rule came to view liberal secularism with such suspicion.) Even the Orientalism that justified the Iraq invasion had its conciliatory side: in the wake of September 11, George W. Bush was explicit in his rejection of Islamophobia.
Under Trump, the human face of Orientalism has all but vanished. This might sound like a good thing, insofar as it is a defeat for hypocrisy. But it’s also something else, something much darker. Back in 2008, I wrote a piece for the London Review of Books about a documentary called Obsession, which had been sent in DVD form to 28 million Americans as an advertising supplement to seventy-four newspapers. Obsession, which first appeared on Fox News and had been funded by the US real estate magnate and Likud supporter Sheldon Adelson, was a sixty-minute screed whose chief claim was that 2008 was like 1938, only worse—since there are more Muslims than Germans in the world and they’re more geographically dispersed, an enemy within as well as a hostile foreign power: “They’re not outside our borders, they are here.” The tone of my piece was caustic yet bemused because I didn’t take Obsession seriously: it seemed so obviously lurid and marginal.
In retrospect, I was naive. Obsession, if anything, prefigured the kind of fear and hatred of Islam and Muslims that Trump has made mainstream and effectively turned into policy, the Muslim travel ban being only the most flagrant example. Orientalism in the age of Trump has no interest in promoting democracy or other “Western values” because these values are no longer believed, or they’re regarded as an inconvenient obstacle to the exercise of power. This new Orientalism speaks in the language of deals and, more often, that of force and repression. It keeps Arab despots in power and angry young men of Arab origin in prison."

"Why capturing Huawei is no victory in tech war" (Escobar).  Trump may back off and claim this was just part of his 'deal' strategy with China, but if not I see this as the beginning of the end for large portions of the US tech industry.  The Chinese have assumed the markets would allow them to buy what they need, and have suddenly discovered that this is not true, and will now certainly take the steps to ensure they are self-sufficient in everything by developing superior products which will leave Assholains in the dust.

"Trump’s ‘trade war’ is a war on you" (Knapp).  I'm guessing it is going to turn out to be the single biggest effective tax increase in Assholian history.  By 'tax', I mean money that comes out of the pockets of the 99% and goes into the American treasury.

"A Triumphant Conference" (Hood) (the 'Arctic peoples'):
"Well-known novelist and cultural commentator John Derbyshire explained his concept of an “Arctic Alliance” between Asians and whites. He said these groups have in common a high mean IQ and low fertility rates, which could lead to a common strategy against the “demographic” and “dysgenic” threat posed by mass immigration. Mr. Derbyshire raised and then refuted several objections to his plan. These ranged from questions of terminology and feasibility to larger issues about whether Asians will follow whites down the path of self-hatred. He wondered whether ethnomasochism is unique to whites or is “the inevitable result of post-industrial society.” He argued that the purpose of groups like American Renaissance is to resist dispossession and to build a defensive strategy of “Arctic peoples” that can ensure the survival of civilization."

"Establishment Narrative Managers Struggle With New Syria Plot Holes" (Johnstone):
"The leaked document doesn’t by itself prove that the Engineering Assessment is correct and the official OPCW findings are incorrect, it just proves that there were other analyses which differed sharply with the official conclusions we’ve been permitted to see, and that we weren’t permitted to see those analyses. In a post-Iraq invasion world, this by itself is entirely unacceptable. And, rather than pushing for answers and accountability, the so-called journalists of the largest media outlets in the west are completely ignoring it."
The determination here is important enough to serve as the possible justification for a war, which, given the players involved, might turn into WWIII, so you'd think the onus would be on the OPCW to ensure that the report was 100% accurate.  A dissenting opinion from a long-time staff member is something that needs, at the very least, mentioning (and probably providing the good reasons why it was rejected), instead of only showing up as a leak from a whistle blower.  It is particularly bad when the missing dissent raises all manner of excellent points which directly refute the official conclusion, a fact which makes the entire operation look like nothing more than part of the apparatus of Empire and its desired wars. Of course, such a nuanced report wouldn't have done the warmongers any good.  A messy casus belli starts to smell like the missing WMDs of Iraq.

  1. March 14, 2018 - Skripal poisoning;
  2. April 7, 2018 - Douma attack (which might arguably been a distraction from the Skripal attack as its Official Story started to fall apart, particularly given the fact that a British spy runs the White Helmets);
  3. June 2018 - OPCW granted authority to place blame for chemical attacks, largely as a result of heavy British lobbying;
  4. March 1, 2019 - OPCW report on Douma; and
  5. late May 2019 - yet another allegation of a chemical attack from the Syrian government.
I note that the actual report doesn't explicitly ascribe blame to the Syrian government as everybody takes it as a given that the shells were delivered from the air - thus the vital importance of whether the shells were placed rather than fell from above - and the Syrian government is the only possible culprit.

It is quite a complex series of players:
  1. somebody to stage the scene (White Helmets = MI6), with the help of the terrorists (al-Qaeda) to supply the dead bodies;
  2. the (((media))) and 'professional' dissemblers like Bellingcat to spread the PR; and
  3. a 'disinterested, 'scientific' organization to provide the 'objective' details of the casus belli.
Needless to say, the warmongers at the OPCW have a Nobel Peace Prize.

We’ll take over your media and destroy your country

"‘Clash of civilizations’ or crisis of civilization?" (Escobar).  Note that the deep roots of this is pure, unadulterated Khazar supremacism, Lewis to Huntington.  It is wrecking the American Empire, and turning it into what amounts to a third world country (and dragging the Eurotrash down with it).  This is why you are an idiot if you don't think the JQ isn't the single most important issue facing the West.

"Israel's War Criminals In Their Own Words" (Giraldi). Ah, the beauty of unconstrained, unapologetic supremacism.  'Values', goyim.

Wokenness pops up in surprising places:  "Not only does this assert an impossible ethnic continuity between today's Jews & biblical Israelites . . . "

"Based Pole Slaps Kippah On Sell Out Politician During Debate" (Batty).  We need to see more of this.

"Venezuela Exposes the Myth of John Bolton’s “Genius”" (Sieff).  I don't know who thinks Bolton is a 'genius', or even competent.  He - and Abrams for that matter - has an unblemished record of utter failure.  His incompetence is one of the things we have to like about him.  Of course, the (((media))) likes him as he is consistently turbo-Zionist.

"Newly Released FBI Docs Shed Light on Apparent Mossad Foreknowledge of 9/11 Attacks" (Webb) (my emphasis in red):
"If images 5 and 7 were indeed taken the day prior to the attack, the question then becomes why the FBI officially concluded that the arrested Israelis had no prior knowledge of the attacks? One report from ABC News dated June 2002 suggests that the Bush administration intervened in the investigation. That report states that “Israeli and U.S. government officials worked out a deal — and after 71 days, the five Israelis were taken out of jail, put on a plane, and deported back home [to Israel].” If the Bush administration had cut a deal with Israel’s government to cover up the incident, it certainly would not have been the first time a U.S. presidential administration had done so on Israel’s behalf.
Further evidence that higher-ups in the administration intervened is the fact that then-Attorney General John Ashcroft personally signed off on the detainees’ release. Upon his entering the private sector as a lobbyist and consultant in 2005, the Israeli government became one of Ashcroft’s first clients.
A cover-up certainly seems to have happened to some extent, between the destruction of records of the investigation and the fact that official conclusions of the investigation do not add up. In the latter case, the FBI  — in a file dated September 24, 2001– officially stated that they “determined that none of the Israelis were actively engaged in clandestine intelligence activities in the United States.” However, that conclusion was directly contradicted by U.S. officials a year later and by the fact that Israel’s own government subsequently acknowledged that the five Israelis had indeed been involved in “clandestine intelligence activities in the United States.”
In addition, the new FOIA release of the photos suggests that another FBI conclusion — that “none of the pictures developed from the film found inside the 35-mm camera depicted the twin towers prior to the attack” — was inaccurate. This may explain why the images released via the recent FOIA request were heavily edited leaving details in the background greatly obscured, making it impossible to determine whether the photos were taken prior to or during the attacks based solely on the state of the towers."
"In addition to the strange nature of some of the Israelis’ possessions in the van and on their person, the company that employed them — Urban Moving Systems — was of special interest to the FBI, which concluded that the company was likely a “fraudulent operation.” Upon a search of the company’s premises, the FBI noted that “little evidence of a legitimate business operation was found.” The FBI report also noted that there were an “unusually large number of computers relative to the number of employees for such a fairly small business” and that “further investigation identified several pseudo-names or aliases associated with Urban Moving Systems and its operations.”
The FBI presence at the Urban Moving Systems search site drew the attention of the local media and was later reported on both television and in the local press. A former Urban Moving Systems employee later contacted the Newark Division with information indicating that he had quit his employment with Urban Moving Systems as a result of the high amount of anti-American sentiment present among Urban’s employees. The former employee stated that an Israeli employee of Urban had even once remarked, “Give us twenty years and we’ll take over your media and destroy your country” (page 37 of the FBI report)."
"The company’s owner — Dominik Otto Suter, an Israeli citizen — had fled to Israel on September 14, 2001, two days after he had been questioned by the FBI. The FBI told ABC News that “Urban Moving may have been providing cover for an Israeli intelligence operation.” Surprisingly, since at least 2016, Suter has been living in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he works for a contractor for major tech companies like Google and Microsoft. According to the public records database Intelius, in 2006 and 2007 Suter also worked for a telecommunications company — Granite Telecommunications — that works for the U.S. military and several other U.S. government agencies.
In addition to Urban Moving Systems, another moving company, Classic International Movers, became of interest in connection with the investigation into the “Dancing Israelis,” which led to the arrest and detention of four Israeli nationals who worked for this separate moving company. The FBI’s Miami Division had alerted the Newark Division that Classic International Movers was believed to have been used by one of the 19 alleged 9/11 hijackers before the attack, and one of the “Dancing Israelis” had the number for Classic International Movers written in a notebook that was seized at the time of his arrest. The report further states that one of the Israelis of Classic International Movers who was arrested “was visibly disturbed by the Agents’ questioning regarding his personal email account.”"
There has never been any doubt that the Israelis had foreknowledge of the attacks. More interesting is the amount of work done by American officials to cover this up. Note also that an extensive Israeli spying network against the US government was rounded up in the aftermath of 9/11, presumably by accident.

It is more than a little ironic that the real, problematic, intelligence operations - both intelligence gathering and mass public manipulation - are coming to light in this era of a phony concern over 'fake news'.  The sheer quantity of manipulation that is going on is exhausting.  On the bright side, the actual manipulation is a complete failure, just a boondoggle for some intelligence contractors to score some money from corrupt government officials (who no doubt plan to retire and conduct a similar grift in their new sinecures in the private sector).

"UK Propaganda Unit Has Secret Plans To Target French Muslims" (Cobain/Mechai):
"Last year MEE reported that the unit was involved in projects which used rap music and graffiti to attempt to influence the thinking and behaviour of youths in Tunisia, Morocco and Lebanon.
The documents show that by the end of 2018, RICU operations had been underway in Jordan, Algeria and Pakistan. The unit has also organised a number of events in Finland and the Netherlands.
The papers also show that the consortium which won the contract was expected to demonstrate an ability to operate in at least four other countries in addition to France: Belgium, Kenya, Bangladesh and Indonesia.
The documents do not disclose the details of the operations being planned for each country, other than to make clear that they involve the development of social media strategies, video production, web development, writing blogs, “paid promotion on Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat”, leafletting schools and “maintaining a stream of communications, products and materials”."
"The contract to run RICU’s operations in France, Belgium, the Middle East and North Africa was won by a consortium headed by Adam Smith International (ASI), a London-based foreign aid contractor.
Two years ago the founders of ASI were compelled to stand down when the British government froze future contracts after the contractor was found to be using leaked official documents to secure commercial advantage.
ASI was subsequently accused of allowing British aid money to be paid to militant groups in Syria, a claim it denied.
The overseas contract is understood to have been one of three contracts issued late last year. A second was for further RICU operations in the UK, while the third was for a programme of evaluation.
MEE understands that one member of the consortium led by ASI is a London communications company, Breakthrough Media, which has worked closely with RICU for several years.
Last year Breakthrough Media faced criticism in Australia for running a number of campaigns without making clear it was funded by the federal government.
Subsequently, the company began operating in Australia under a new name, Zinc Network, which it has since also adopted in the UK."
The Research, Information and Communications Unit (RICU), which is based at the Home Office in London, Adam Smith International, Breakthrough Media and Zinc Network.  We need to understand this in the context of all the 1984-type operations of the spectacularly monikered Integrity Initiative (pretty much hidden, as you would expect, by the (((media)))).

"Damaging Ties: Why Germany is the Integrity Initiative’s 'Most Important Target'" (Klarenberg) (note how completely this ties into the American fear of Russian 'influence, which, as the woke know, derives almost entirely from Zionism, again bringing to the forefront the critical importance of the JQ, although there are also general issues of general imperial decline, also derived mostly from the malign influence of Khazars):
"The Initiative's overseas clusters are comprised of individuals who "understand the threat posed to Western nations" by Russian "disinformation" and can be mobilized to influence government policy in support of the "Anglo-Saxon worldview", and a "tougher stance" towards the Russian state.
Germany is perhaps the key country of interest for the organization in this regard, and an internal ‘progress report on establishing national clusters' produced July 2018 — a month after its German cluster was founded, following a two-day meeting in London between Institute/Initiative representatives and Adomeit — makes clear why. The document's author states that due to the country's "special vulnerability to Russian influence", it's a "very hard as well as most important target".
In the aforementioned October 2018 ‘interim report' on the German cluster, in a section titled ‘Specifically German Conditions', Adomeit further elaborates on the significance of Germany to the Initiative, and why it's such a tough — and crucial — nut for the organization to crack.
"Russia is one [of], if not the most, divisive and contentious issue in German foreign policy debates…the Russian narrative on the origins of the crisis in Russia's relations with the West is widely accepted by German public opinion. Its main theses are after the end of the Cold War, the US simply replaced the Soviet Union by [sic] Russia, continued policies of containment, isolation and humiliation, [including] NATO expansion into areas considered vital to Russian interests and exerted pressure on Europe, including Germany, to tow the line of its anti-Russian policies," he writes.
As a result, there's a widespread feeling among the German population and political class the country "should not fall in line with the US approach" and "reject the demonization of Russia", which could "raise yet again the spectre of war in Europe"."

"Kosovo War at 20: How Britain and America Backed Jihadists Throughout Conflict" (Klarenberg):
"One aspect of the story that's rarely been explored, however, is the collusion between the KLA, al-Qaeda, and the US and UK's respective military and intelligence apparatuses in the years preceding the conflict. The intrigue was quite so deep and cohering, and long-running, it suggests Western powers consciously and determinedly set out to break Kosovo away from Serbia, and complete their ongoing destruction of Yugoslavia — and were intensely relaxed about using the most extreme Islamic fundamentalist elements as their 'ground troops' in the process.

The KLA was comprised of ethnic Albanians committed to securing not only an independent Kosovo, but a 'Greater Albania' — an irredentist federation spanning territories in Serbia, Montenegro, Greece and Macedonia — through insurrectionary violence. The exact date of its founding is a matter of debate — some suggest it stretches as far back as 1989, when Slobodan Milosevic revoked Kosovan autonomy and returned the region to its 1945 status — but the group's campaign of terror began in earnest in February 1996, when it undertook a series of attacks against police stations and Yugoslavian government officials, and bombed Serbian refugee camps created in the aftermath of the brutal civil wars in Croatia and Bosnia.
As German political scientist Matthias Kuntzel has noted, the Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND) — Germany's foreign intelligence service — was instrumental in the initial recruitment, training and arming of KLA fighters, in order to extend German influence throughout the Balkans. Several sources suggest Berlin had designs on Kosovo's immense resource wealth — the Stari Trg mining complex, dubbed by journalist Chris Hedges "the most valuable piece of real estate" in the region, was a ripe source of coal, lead, zinc, cadmium, gold and silver, worth at least US$5 billion at the time. Chillingly, the mine had provided the bulk of the material for Nazi U-Boat batteries following the April 1941 Axis invasion of Yugoslavia.
In any event, after the KLA's initial burst of savagery, similar strikes would be carried out intermittently every few months, leading the US State Department to classify the group as a terrorist organisation at the start of 1998. Its official analysis noted the KLA was financed by the drugs trade, organised crime and a variety of governments — most notably the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia — and wealthy individuals in the Middle East, including Osama bin Laden. The al-Qaeda chief had established a base of operations in Albania in 1994, precipitating the steady flow of jihadists from over half a dozen countries in the Middle East into Kosovo subsequently. One KLA unit was even led by the brother of Ayman al-Zawahiri, al-Qaeda cofounder and bin Laden's deputy.
Despite Washington's official designation, and the passing in March 1998 of UN Security Council Resolution 1160 which banned "external support for terrorist activity in Kosovo, including finance, arms and training", the CIA and US special forces secretly armed and trained KLA operatives in Albania throughout the year, before dispatching them back to Kosovo to assassinate Serbian politicians and policemen, and harass and intimidate Kosovo Albanians insufficiently enthusiastic about Kosovan independence. These efforts significantly strengthened the KLA — by the end of 1998, its fighters numbered in excess of 30,000, and the group were in outright control of several areas of Kosovo.
In 2001, James Bissett, former Canadian ambassador to Yugoslavia and Albania, revealed the purpose of this strategy was explicitly to inflame and escalate tensions in order to create a pretext for Western intervention.
"The hope was that with Kosovo in flames NATO could intervene and in so doing, not only overthrow Milosevic…but more importantly, provide the aging and increasingly irrelevant military organization with a reason for its continued existence," he explained.
This objective was well-understood by KLA leaders — in a 2000 BBC documentary, Moral Combat: NATO At War, Hashim Thaci, a key figure in the group elected President of Kosovo in April 2016, said KLA attacks were specifically carried out against Serbian authorities in order to "bring retaliation against civilians".

"The more civilians were killed, the chances of international intervention became bigger, and the KLA of course realised that. There was this foreign diplomat who once told me, 'Look, unless you pass the quota of five thousand deaths you'll never have anybody permanently present in Kosovo from foreign diplomacy'," Dug Gorani, an Albanian Kosovar negotiator unconnected to the KLA, told the same programme.
The US Defence Intelligence Agency also enlisted the help of British foreign spy agency MI6 to arm and train the KLA, with the support of the Special Air Service (SAS) and private security companies. The SAS would also be heavily involved in the planning and execution of NATO's bombing campaign — under the auspices of 'Operation Picnic', members of the special forces unit were inserted into Kosovo in the early hours of 21 March 1999, in order to covertly identify the location of Serbian military units, materiel and supply lines, and potential invasion routes for NATO ground forces — they were assisted in their mission by KLA operatives."
and (note the direct connections to domestic terrorism, plus bonus Le Mesurier history!):
"Once the bombing campaign started, Albanians and Muslims residing in Britain began travelling to Kosovo to join the ground fight — their passage was permitted, if not outright facilitated, by London. This phenomenon has been a feature of many 'civil wars' in the Middle East and elsewhere — for instance, during the Soviet war in Afghanistan, mujahideen fighters were trained at a variety of camps in Britain, often by Afghans already residing in the UK. Rahmatullah Safi, a former senior officer in the royal Afghan army, trained as many as 8,000 insurrectionists, and continued to live in the UK well into the 1990s, when he was regarded by the UN as the Taliban's key representative in Europe.
Similarly, several Libyan rebel fighters involved in the violent overthrow of Muammar Gaddafi — including Manchester bomber Salman Abedi and his father — many of whom were subject to 'control orders' restricting their movements, requiring them to remain at a registered address for up to 16 hours a day, and limiting their access to communications resources, were offered an 'open door' by British authorities to fight in Tripoli in 2011.
Furthermore, mujahideen already in other parts of the former Yugoslavia — in particular Bosnia, where as many as 3,000 insurgents fought on the side of the Bosnian Muslim Army 1992-1995 — were diverted to Kosovo at the behest of Washington and London. Intriguingly, it appears British army military intelligence specialist James Le Mesurier came with them — there, he was chief intelligence coordinator, a role he took up in Kosovo's capital Pristina once NATO's bombing campaign started. He would go on to work for a variety of private security companies, before founding the controversial White Helmets group in Turkey in 2013. Al-Qaeda allegedly wasn't the only Islamist group MI6 colluded with in Kosovo. Former US Justice Department prosecutor and army intelligence officer John Loftus claimed in the wake of the 7th July 2005 London Underground bombings that MI6 recruited three senior al-Muhajiroun figures — Bakri Mohammed, Abu Hamza and Haroon Rashid Aswat — in 1996 to influence terrorist activities in the Balkans. This alleged connection is particularly notable given Aswat was a central figure in investigations of the network which apparently facilitated the 7/7 tube bombings — in November 2004 he met with the attack's alleged ringleader Mohammad Sidique Khan and accomplice Shehzad Tanweer in Pakistan, and he left the UK for India mere hours before the attacks. Suggestions he remained a British intelligence informant, if not agent, during this period have never been satisfactorily resolved.
Another individual trained at the Kosovo camps was Omar Khan Sharif, a British-born Muslim who in 2003 attempted to carry out a suicide bombing attack in a bar in Tel Aviv, Israel. He apparently got cold feet at the last minute, and ended up fighting his way out of the bar while his accomplice, Londoner Asif Hanif, killed himself, two musicians and a waitress. Sharif's decomposing body was later found floating off a nearby beach. The specifics of his last hours remain a mystery 16 years later — although it was revealed post-7/7 he'd attended al-Muhajiroun meetings in Britain, was an admirer of Abu Hamza, and met Siddique Khan in 2001.
What's clear is covert Western support of the KLA and other fundamentalist elements endured long-after NATO's bombing campaign ended in June 1999. Once Milosevic fell in 2000 and the death of Yugoslavia was complete, the group merely extended their sphere of conflict to Macedonia and southern Serbia, in service of their 'Greater Albania' project — an endeavour the US supported, at least initially. NATO ground forces and their proxies stood by while guerrillas pushed past a five-kilometre-wide 'exclusion zone' armed with mortars and other weapons — the US' NATO 'partners', including the UK, seemed less enthused by the prospect.
"The CIA has been allowed to run riot in Kosovo with a private army designed to overthrow Slobodan Milosevic. Now he's gone the US State Department seems incapable of reining in its bastard army," a European Kosovo Force battalion commander remarked in March 2001."
It's funny how we have all these rules which apply as long as they suit the upper class twits of the year, until they produce inconvenient results, at which point, they don't apply:  "The Missing Step" (Murray).

"What Putin and Pompeo did not talk about" (Escobar):
"Moscow is extremely uneasy over the possibility of a destabilization of Iran that allows a free transit of jihadis from the Caspian to the Caucasus.
Which brings us to the heart of the matter. Diplomatic sources – from Russia and Iran – confirm, off the record, there have been secret talks among the three pillars of Eurasian integration – Russia, China and Iran – about Chinese and Russian guarantees in the event the Trump administration’s drive to strangle Tehran to death takes an ominous turn.
This is being discussed at the highest levels in Moscow and Beijing. The bottom line: Russia-China won’t allow Iran to be destroyed."
"The real deal was, in fact, not Putin-Pompeo or Pompeo-Lavrov in Sochi. It was actually Lavrov-Wang Yi (the Chinese Foreign Minister), the day before in Moscow.
A US investment banker doing business in Russia told me: “Note how Pompeo ran like mad to Sochi. We are frightened and overstretched.”
Diplomats later remarked: “Pompeo looked solemn afterwards. Lavrov sounded very diplomatic and calm.” It’s no secret in Moscow’s top diplomatic circles that the Chinese Politburo overruled President Xi Jinping’s effort to find an accommodation to Trump’s tariff offensive. The tension was visible in Pompeo’s demeanor.
In terms of substance, it’s remarkable how Lavrov and Wang Yi talked about, literally, everything: Syria, Iran, Venezuela, the Caspian, the Caucasus, New Silk Roads (BRI), Eurasia Economic Union (EAEU), Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), missiles, nuclear proliferation.
Or as Lavrov diplomatically put it: “In general, Russia-China cooperation is one of the key factors in maintaining the international security and stability, establishing a multipolar world order. . . . Our states cooperate closely in various multilateral organizations, including the UN, G20, SCO, BRICS and RIC [Russia, India, China trilateral forum], we are working on aligning the integration potential of the EAEU and the Belt and Road Initiative, with potentially establishing [a] larger Eurasian partnership.”
The strategic partnership is in sync on Venezuela, Syria, Iran, Afghanistan – they want a solution brokered by the SCO. And on North Korea, the message could not have been more forceful.
After talking to Wang Yi, Lavrov stressed that contacts between Washington and North Korea “proceeded in conformity with the road map that we had drafted together with China, from confidence restoration measures to further direct contacts.”
This is a frank admission that Pyongyang gets top advice from the Russia-China strategic partnership. And there’s more: “We hope that at a certain point a comprehensive agreement will be achieved on the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and on the creation of a system of peace and security in general in Northeast Asia, including concrete firm guarantees of North Korea’s security.”
Translation: Russia and China won’t back down on guaranteeing North Korea’s security. Lavrov said: “Such guarantees will be not easy to provide, but this is an absolutely mandatory part of a future agreement. Russia and China are prepared to work on such guarantees.”"
It is ironic that Russia's legitimate fears of terrorist spill-over from the planned destruction of Iran are putting a spanner in the plans of the Khazars and their stooges.  You will no doubt remember that it was the Khazars who 1) invented modern terrorism in Palestine in the 1930s to kill people and steal their lands, and 2) right after the end of the Cold War, used the fear of terrorism to start the Assholians off on their series of Wars For The Jews, one of which was supposed to be on Iran.

"Oman – Not Like the Rest of the Gulf" (Vltchek).  All the problems caused by 'Islam' - terrorism and the Sunni-Shi'ite tensions - are actually solely the product of a handful of illegitimate thieving rulers (Saudi and Emirates), fearful of losing their stolen monies and their heads, mostly crypto-Jews, working off a mostly Khazar script.

". . . establishment Democrats are working hard again, as in 2015-16, to undermine the presidential candidacy of the Democratic contender who is most able and ready to rally the disadvantaged constituencies who will have to turn out if the orange monster is going to be removed by ballot in 2020.
That candidate is the neo-New Deal progressive-populist Bernie Sanders. He is the target of a multi-pronged “Stop Sanders” movement within the Democratic Party and across its many establishment media and non-profit outposts. This reactionary operation includes at least ten related lines of attack:
+1. Flooding the primary campaign with such an absurdly large number of candidates that Sanders will likely be unable to garner the majority of primary delegates required for a first-ballot nomination at the 2020 Democratic National Convention in Milwaukee.
+2. Coordination among the Democratic Convention superdelegates—the more than 350 county and state party bosses and elected officials who are granted delegate status without election—to vote as a bloc to stop Sanders on the convention’s second ballot. (These superdelegates exist precisely for the purpose of blocking challengers to the party’s corporate establishment.)
+3. Ongoing efforts to change state party elections from caucuses to primaries, as caucuses are friendlier to progressive challengers. (Sanders won 11 of the nation’s 18 caucus states three years ago.)
+4. The disingenuous theft of many of Sanders’ sincerely held progressive policies by corporate candidates who have no intention of fighting to implement them if they attain the presidency.
+5. Appealing to the name recognition of the right-wing corporatist-imperialist Joe Biden, along with the public’s misplaced nostalgia for Barack Obama’s Wall Street-captive presidency—both of which will be wielded as weapons against Sanders’ progressive populism.
+6. Repeated identity-wielding “gotchya” efforts to make Bernie seem indifferent to Black and female voters.
+7. The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s sickening decision to block contracts with campaign consultants and other political vendors who agree to work for progressive challengers in the 2020 primaries. (Besides seeking to protect Congress itself as a corporate preserve, this move aims to deny Sanders congressional allies and undermine his ability to govern if elected.)
+8. Recurrent claims that Sanders “isn’t a Democrat” even though Bernie has long functioned essentially as one in Congress and Vermont politics (his “Independent” status is for show).
+9. Smearing Sanders’ popular social-democratic policy agenda as “fantastic,” “unaffordable,” “unrealistic” and too dangerously “socialist”—this while Democratic elites refuse to acknowledge the fascist tendencies of the president they helped elect in 2016.
+10. Branding the eminently electable Sanders “unelectable” on the grounds that he is an “extremist” who is “too far left” for the U.S. electorate generally and independent voters specifically. In reality, the opposite is true. Sanders appeals to independents (who are nowhere near as conservative as is commonly reported), people of color, infrequent voters and the white working-class that has largely abandoned the Democratic Party. His anti-establishment message, coupled with his long record of representing rural voters, makes him highly competitive with Trump, not only in the Rust Belts states where Hillary Clinton faltered but even in some dark red states like West Virginia. (Even Karl Rove believes Sanders could defeat Trump in 2020.)
It’s nasty stuff, but it’s nothing new and nobody should be surprised. The Democratic Party exists to serve its corporate clients. Consistent with their party’s Big Business bankrollers’ bottom line world view, establishment Democrats would rather lose to a fascistic white-Amerikaner right than to even the mildly social-democratic left within their own party. It’s why the late left-liberal political scientist Sheldon Wolin labeled them “the Inauthentic Opposition.”"

Useful purpose on the ground

You know I'm always saying we have to examine these conspiracies from the point of view of the conspiracy planners, who have a goal, and a detailed script.  Sometimes things go sideways, and they have to improvise, which never goes well.

"The OPCW, Douma & The Skripals" (Catte, from 2018, before the latest revelations that the OPCW knew the Douma attack was faked) (my emphasis in red):
"If a false flag chemical attack had taken place in Syria at the time Russia predicted, just a week or two after the Skripal poisoning, a lot of the attention that’s been paid to the Skripals over the last month would likely have been diverted. Many of the questions being asked by Russia and in the alt media may never have been asked as the focus of the world turned to a possible superpower stand-off in the Middle East.

So, could it be the Skripal event was never intended to last so long in the public eye? Could it be that it was indeed a false flag, or a fake event, as many have alleged, planned as a sketchy prelude to, or warm up act for a bigger chemical attack in Syria, scheduled for a week or so later in mid-March – just around the time Russia was warning of such a possibility?

Could it be this planned event was unexpectedly canceled by the leading players in the drama (the US) when the Russians called them out and the rapid and unexpected fall of Ghouta meant any such intervention became pointless at least for the moment?

Did this cancelation leave the UK swinging in the wind, with a fantastical story that was never intended to withstand close scrutiny, and no second act for distraction?

So, did they push on with the now virtually useless “chemical attack”, botch it (again), leaving a clear evidence trail leading back to them? Did they then further insist on an allied “response” to their botched false flag in order to provide yet more distraction and hopefully destroy some of that evidence?

This would explain why the UK may have been pushing for the false flag to happen (as claimed by Russia) even after it could no longer serve much useful purpose on the ground, and why the Douma “attack” seems to have been so sketchily done by a gang on the run. The UK needed the second part to happen in order to distract from the first.

It would explain why the US has been less than enthused by the idea of reprisals. Because while killing Syrians to further geo-strategic interests is not a problem, killing Syrians (and risking escalation with Russia) in order to rescue an embarrassed UK government is less appealing.

And it would explain why the “reprisals” when they came were so half-hearted.

If this is true, Theresa May and her cabinet are currently way out on a limb even by cynical UK standards. Not only have they lied about the Skripal event, but in order to cover up that lie they have promoted a false flag in Syria, and “responded” to it by a flagrant breach of international and domestic law. Worst of all, if the Russians aren’t bluffing, they have some evidence to prove some of the most egregious parts of this.

This is very bad."
"James Le Mesurier: The Former British Mercenary Who Founded The White Helmets" (Webb):
"Though mainstream narratives have suggested that the White Helmets were trained by the Red Cross, the White Helmets were actually founded in March 2013 by Le Mesurier. He, like many officers in the British military, attended the Royal Military Academy, where he graduated at the top of his class, receiving the Queen’s Medal.
He later served in the British Army and operated in a variety of theaters. Most notably, Le Mesurier served as intelligence coordinator for Pristina City in Kosovo soon after the NATO intervention that led to NATO being accused of war crimes for its targeting of thousands of civilians and media.
By 2000, Le Mesurier left the army and went to work for the United Nations as he had “realized humanitarian aid was more effective” than an army in theaters of war during his time with the British military. He, again, served in a variety of locations, focusing on “delivering stabilization activities through security sector and democratization programs.” According to Le Mesurier, “stabilization activities” refers to the “framework for engagement in ‘fragile’ states” or, in other words, destabilized nations.
Prior to his founding of the White Helmets, Le Mesurier served as Vice President for Special Projects at the Olive Group, a private mercenary organization that has since merged with Blackwater-Academi into what is now known as Constellis Holdings. Then, in 2008, Le Mesurier left the Olive Group after he was appointed to the position of Principal at Good Harbor Consulting, chaired by Richard A. Clarke – a veteran of the U.S. national security establishment and the counter-terrorism “czar” under the Bush and Clinton administrations.
After joining Good Harbor, Le Mesurier became based in Abu Dhabi, where he specialized in risk management, emergency planning, and critical infrastructure protection. He trained a UAE gas field protection force and “ensured the safety” of the 2010 Gulf Cup in Yemen, a regional soccer tournament. But following this work, Le Mesurier claims to have become dissatisfied, wanting to have a more direct impact on the communities he worked in."
and (what better way to deliver your PR than through using the heroes, first responders?):
"As Le Mesurier noted in a speech delivered on June 2015, in “fragile” (i.e. destabilized) states, security actors – such as mercenaries or foreign armies – have the lowest level of public trust. However, Le Mesurier states that in contrast, those professions with the highest level of public trust in such situations are firefighters, paramedics, rescue workers and other similar types of first responders."
and (ha!):
"Other medical doctors have stated that other procedures conducted by the White Helmets as seen in the previously mentioned Netflix documentary were performed so poorly they would have killed the children, who were already deceased when the footage was taken."

No, they know that you are cowards and hypocrites

"The AngloZionist Empire: a Hyperpower with Microbrains and No Cred Left" (The Saker).  The time to worry about an attack is when the sitting duck American warships leave.  As long as they are hanging around all the Iran talk is just talk.

"The Trump Administration Has No Idea What It’s Doing With Iran" (Prothero):
"U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo spent the last week engaged in a flurry of diplomatic meetings with Iraq, Russia, and Belgium, all meant to drum up support for the Trump administration’s increasingly hard-line stance toward Iran and its nuclear program.
The meetings did not go well.
A NATO military intelligence official who was briefed on Pompeo’s claims about increased Iranian aggression in the Middle East said the substance of the intelligence that the Americans briefed was utterly unconvincing — even insulting.
“Do they think that we are stupid?” asked the NATO official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.
Tensions between Washington and Tehran have risen dramatically in recent weeks as some U.S. officials fear that Iran is preparing to attack several U.S. government facilities in the region. The U.S. has already preemptively deployed an aircraft carrier group to the area to “send a clear and unmistakable message to the Iranian regime that any attack on United States interests or on those of our allies will be met with unrelenting force,” in the words of the hawkish National Security Adviser John Bolton.
NATO officials fear that even a small incident in the tense region could escalate into a protracted and enormously dangerous conflict, both militarily and economically. While containing Iran’s regional assertiveness was a key rationale behind the Trump administration’s rejection of the nuclear treaty negotiated with Tehran by the Obama Administration, the White House’s intransigent approach raises new risks: namely, the ease with which Iran could target American military bases and American ally oil operations throughout the region.
Pompeo himself has struggled to build a coalition of partners willing to break the nuclear agreement and back the U.S. position, and his sudden and unexpected arrival at a meeting of European foreign ministers in Brussels did little to improve the situation. The NATO military intelligence official said Pompeo’s clumsy attempt to gin up support for the U.S.’s dealings with Iran fell on deaf ears.
“[The briefing] was a dog’s breakfast of things that happen every day, rumors, poorly-sourced things we suspect are [planted information], and of course, some pictures of boats that the Iranians have put some missiles on,” he said, referencing the photograph of an Iranian missile on a small boat in the Persian Gulf that was recently declassified, according to the New York Times, by U.S. intelligence agents who wanted to prove that Iran is indeed a threat. “Iranians have been putting missiles on boats in the Gulf since the 1980s. That’s what you do when you don’t have proper blue water navy.”"
