John Loftus as a reliable source

For those who quickly fastened on the comments of John Loftus tying the supposed ringleader of the London bombs, Haroon Rashid Aswat, to MI6, note that Loftus has a few credibility problems (also, via Eschaton, see here and here). He's one of those guys - Edward Jay Epstein is another one, and you could also include the whole LaRouche crowd - who seem to have a lot of great information, but the signal to noise ratio is very difficult to determine. At some point, unable to determine what is truth and what is spin, you just have to throw up your hands and ignore them entirely.
