I’ve noticed that the slurring is fading recently, perhaps under the sickening realization that the slurrers are aiding and abetting – and thus taking moral responsibility for – the kind of thing that the Israelis are doing to the Palestinians in Gaza.  It was all fun and games to play the moral superior until the genocide became too obvious.  Note the comment thread at Reddit.  Don’t think for an instant that you can assist the dirty work of the settler movement and the Jewish Billionaires and not be held morally accountable for it!


3. Speaking of dirty, Israel continues to refuse to tell international sappers where it dropped its illegal cluster bombs on Lebanon.  There are no words to describe how evil these people are.


4. Intriguing thread about comedian Breck Wall, who played a role on November 22, 1963, and is still alive (and performing?).  Why was it so fashionable amongst suspicious types in Dallas and New Orleans to pay mysterious visits to Galveston between November 21 and November 23?

1. The ‘Cunning Plan’ of the Zionists, together with the quotes to back it up.  Just keep talking about a resolution, without ever really getting around to it (for various reasons:  ‘terrorism’, rockets, no ‘negotiating partner’, Hamas, having to get your hair washed that day, etc., etc., etc.) all the while slowing grabbing land and making the land remaining uninhabitable.


2. How the settler movement took over Israel (and, by extension, the United States).  This is a classic conspiracy, with a small and unlikely group of fruitcakes using a combination of trickery and absolute dedication to insanity – protected by the belief of the chattering classes that such things are impossible – to produce all the current horrors of the Middle East.


3. The most naive person in the world attacks the least interesting part of the article I recently pointed to concerning Facebook, the CIA angle:
   

   ". . . In-Q-Tel is run quite separately from the CIA. It is true that the CIA provides the money and In-Q-Tel looks for investments that in some way could help the CIA (though, often that's a very loose connection), but it's not like it's a bunch of spies running around and investing.    Good for a laugh!  The most interesting angle, which isn't even in the Guardian article (which focuses on libertarian, rather than tribal aspects), is that Facebook is going to be used as a weapon of Zionist propaganda.


4. Reflections on the Gaza jail break.  The Europeans, who have some expertise with concentration camps, are assisting the Israelis in putting the genie back in the bottle.


5. So-so Tony Judt on “The 'Problem of Evil' in Postwar Europe”.  I’m starting to wonder whether Jews, no matter how well intentioned, are emotionally capable of writing about these matters.  Judt makes a lot of good points, but the underlying intention is the lite Zionist one of protecting the use of the Holocaust as a propaganda weapon.  He’s worried that it is being so abused and over-used that younger people have become cynical, making it a less valuable tool.  Why do we still need this tool?

It is probably premature for me to tackle the Edmonds story again (or, perhaps, ever).  People keep digging instructive holes for themselves, and it would be counterproductive for me to indicate where not to dig!  Other stuff:

1. Philip Weiss carefully considers the two-party system.


2. Collaboration isn’t pretty:  Abbas wants the Gazans rejailed (and even offered the PA as the new jailers, without explaining how that was even possible).  Of course, the jail break engineered by Hamas is a big threat to him.  Just as the Lebanese question how their own government wasn’t up to defeating the illegal Israeli attack but Hezbollah was, the people of the West Bank must be wondering what it would be like to be led by someone who isn’t a collaborator.


3. The jail break is accelerating old plans to bring Iran and Egypt together. 


4. The point of computer voting systems:  as important as actually fixing the results of elections is the systematic erosion of confidence in the electoral process itself.  The elites just don’t like democracy.  The paradox is that these machines are more important in the United States than elsewhere as Americans, despite everything, still have a real first-past-the-post voting system.  Voting still counts.  Compare that to the sad state of Europe, where elections are almost completely meaningless.

1. The National Post has covered the Hal Turner story.  Oddly enough, they don’t appear to have covered the similar Richard Warman story, though they have printed Ezra Levant’s criticisms of Warman.


2. In a year in which Hillary’s campaign slogan is “I’m not black”, Obama’s campaign slogan is “I’m not a woman”, the Republican candidate’s slogan will be simply “I’m neither”, the new racial slur in the United States to replace ‘nigger’ – according again to the Post (which I caution is still the world’s worst newspaper) – is “Canadian”.


3. Although it is of course not always obvious from the coverage, the Peter Hain funding scandal is part of the international More Wars for the Jews Party scandal.  An obfuscation campaign to hide the real nature of the scandal has begun (note the tiny amount of money involved).

I’ve been saying for some time that the Arabs have to stop waiting for help from elsewhere and follow the Hezbollah model of making their own luck.  The Jewish Billionaires and the two-faced American Jewish community will ensure for the foreseeable future that the world is against the Palestinians.  We are witnessing what may be the biggest development in years.  The destruction of the wall between Gaza and Egypt (what the Jewish Billionaires are nervously calling a ‘shopping spree’), and the odd reaction of Egypt since, appears to be part of a Hamas-Egyptian plan.  Hamas has one big thing that Egypt needs:  the ability to be a moderating influence on the Muslim Brotherhood (this factor means that Egypt has no motivation to try to make Gaza an Egyptian colony).  If Hamas can use Egypt to break out of the stifling trap of being completely dependent on Israel, it would completely alter the balance of power, all without the need to rely on non-existent Israeli or American or European morality.

1. Gareth Porter debunks the shoddy case against Iran for the 1994 bombing of the Jewish Community Center in Buenos Aires.  Typical lousy forensics and a list of unbelievable witnesses leading to an unwilling government forced to blame Iran by the Americans and Israelis.


2. While you are wondering who really set the bomb in Argentina, you might consider the uncovering of yet another in the seemingly endless series of fake ‘anti-Semitic’ attacks engineered by Jews (I love the quibbling by the Rabbi in the NYT story), this time by a guy claiming to have Mossad training.  You have to wonder what he was going to do with the pipe bombs.  This trickery is no longer fooling anybody, and the Head Jew should probably consider cancelling the standing order.


3. Chris Moore points out that George Tenet told George Bush and Richard Dearlove exactly opposite things about Iraq’s WMDs, meaning he had to be lying to one of them.  The one he lied to was Bush (‘slam dunk’).  Tenet was thus the tool used by Cheney and the neocons to mislead Bush.


4. Canada is trying to scupper the Durban II anti-racism conference.  You’ll remember that Durban I established an international consensus that Zionism was racism, forgotten when the events of September 11, 2001 conveniently occurred a few days later.


5. Speaking of being a slave to the Jews, there are efforts to investigate Jewish Billionaire control of British politicians.  Do you think the problem is that the Jewish Billionaires are influencing policy on the environment?  On trade issues?  On financial policies?  On the arts?  No!  The problem is that they are forcing British politicians to agree to have Britain fight Wars for the Jews, and agree to the genocide against the Palestinians.  Just as in the United States, the Jewish Billionaires own all the major parties, meaning the the More Wars for the Jews Party wins every election.

Two-party system II

Some of you probably didn’t believe that there are really two American political parties, the More Wars for the Jews Party and the No More Wars for the Jews Party, but backroom operations, of which this is just a sample, prove otherwise.   In the backrooms that count (both in terms of power and literally in terms of counting votes), the entire election turns on this one issue.  Of course, there appear to be practical differences between the policies of the Democrats and the Republicans.  The joke is that if the More Wars for the Jews Party wins (having Christian Zionists count the votes makes it inevitable), and the U. S. stays fighting its current wars for the Jews, and takes on more wars for the Jews, there won’t be any money available to effect any positive social change, no matter which nominal political party, Democrat or Republican, wins.

Further reflections on the Sibel Edmonds story

The Sibel Edmonds story has taken a subtle turn, with an acknowledgment of the possibility that what Edmonds saw was a counter-proliferation operation (and no one told me about it; I made it all up myself!).  Both Ellsberg and Edmonds seem to think that any covert operation should be outed.  I agree (but I’m a conspiracy nut).  Do you think the average American would want a successful counter-proliferation operation, one against an ‘ally’ that isn’t much of an ally, ruined by making a big splash in the American press?  The Pentagon Papers was about the Pentagon deceiving the American people about the conduct and success of a disastrous war (kind of like what’s going on now!).  You’d think Ellsberg, of all people, could see the difference.

I must say I find it terribly amusing that the slurrers, incapable of admitting the truth of the treasonous Jews who tricked the Americans into war, not to mention incapable of accepting the most obvious fact of Jew-control of the American media (implicating the two-faced American Jewish community, whose desire for ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians is inextricably linked to Zionist imperialism, leading, whatever they may say, inexorably to the attack on Iraq and further attacks on the Middle East), are now without intellectual ammunition in understanding the implications of what Sibel saw.  The list of treasonous Zionists would be completely incapable of assisting Pakistan in obtaining the ‘Islamic bomb’.  The same tribal interests that led them to commit treason against the United States makes it impossible that they would take money to betray the Zionist Empire.  The slurrers will never be able to understand this, as they have fairy tales they prefer to believe, so they are quite ready to implicate the contra-proliferators in a proliferation-for-money operation.  Just as broken clocks are sometimes correct, the Noamian howler that Zionist and American Empire interests coincide exactly is, at least sometimes, true.

I note that the latest Sunday Times story derives from a revelation from a libertarian think tank called the Liberty Coalition, which got an anonymous tip (of course!) on just what FBI documents to request in the lottery known as Freedom of Information (a lottery as you lose unless you can guess the exact name of what you are going after; if you miss the slightest detail, the bureaucrats win!). Shades of Judicial Watch using Freedom of Information to make it appear that the attack on Iraq was about Cheney’s desire for oil. Rupert and some extreme right-wing nuts.  Odd players in the game, wot?  There is no doubt a dark reason we are now hearing about this, and I don’t think it’s Rupert’s inattention to detail.  A big splash is different than a small splash, and the small splash, raising doubts but not embarrassment, may be part of the whole operation.  You have to remember that some people in Pakistan may be in on this, people who prefer a dud, but don’t want to make a domestic political issue out of it.

As good as Ezra

Ezra Levant – extreme right-wing, extreme Zionist, probably the most offensive human being in all of Canada, not to mention a look-a-like for Newman (Wayne Knight) from ‘Seinfeld’ – is feeling the weight of a Canadian human rights prosecution/persecution, and suddenly has developed an understanding of what oppression looks like.  He blames the Jews:

“A generation ago, illiberal elements in the ‘official’ Jewish community pressed Canadian governments to introduce laws limiting free speech. The targets of those laws were invariably poor, unorganized, harmless neo-Nazi cranks and conspiracy theorists such as Ernst Zundel and Jim Keegstra – nobodies who were turned into international celebrities when they were prosecuted for their thought crimes.

Before Mr. Soharwardy went to the Alberta Human Rights Commission, he went to the Calgary Police Service and demanded that they arrest me. He's done that three times now, and they've rejected him every time. But he only had to ask the willing enforcers of the human rights commission once.

What a strange place Canada is in 2008, where the police care more about human rights than the human rights commissions do, where fundamentalist Muslims use hate-speech laws drafted by secular Jews, and where a government bureaucrat can interrogate a publisher for 90 minutes, and be shocked when he won't shake her hand in greeting.”

Guys like Richard Warman are celebrated by the Jewish Billionaires who run the Canadian Jewish Congress for ruining the lives of poor and usually young cranks who run neo-Nazi websites seen by at most a couple dozen people.  The entire weight of the Canadian state is brought to bear on squishing these people like bugs.  However offensive their views, what is much more offensive is this celebration of political repression, all done under the self-satisfying rhetoric of ‘human rights’.

1. Even though the New Hampshire recount is still in process, and only a few of the most preliminary results released, three political scientists from Columbia have already analyzed the whole thing, and determined that there is absolutely nothing wrong!  I think this tells us more about these three political scientists than about the voting procedures of New Hampshire.


2. In another incident that reminds me of the allegations about Hal Turner, a Canadian lawyer who makes his living appearing before the Canadian Human Rights Commission – and who, of course, has been honored by the Canadian Jewish Congress – has been accused of visiting an extremist web site and posting a particularly nasty comment there.  The site then ended up the subject of investigation by the Commission!  This is like an ambulance chaser who sets up accidents!  If there is any truth to this – and I note it is still just allegations (details of the investigation are here) – the Law Society might want to investigate it (applying the concept of champerty – third-party support of litigation which benefits the third party – to internet trolls, not to mention considering the skirting of a lot of laws of professional conduct).  If Warman colluded with the Human Rights Commission, a criminal investigation of both might even be warranted.  It is funny that the infringing of ‘free speech’ by Human Rights Commissions is just now becoming an issue in the mainstream right in Canada just as Canadian Muslims are learning how to use human rights law.


3. The Israelis have finally gone completely apeshit insane on Gaza, after its Supreme Court decided that cutting off the electricity to hospitals was in accordance with Israeli law (and thus approved the Steampunk Hospital).  Also note this interesting misreported story on the bombing of an already bombed building, a disguised terror attack on nearby civilians.  Thepeoplesvoice.org links each week to the “Weekly Report:  On Israeli Human Rights Violations in the Occupied Palestinian Territory”, the most recent of which is here, and which grows ever longer.  No one has as yet been killed by the rockets that somebody is firing towards Siderot, the nominal excuse for the massive collective punishment campaign being waged against all international law and morality by the Jewish State.

Two-party system

Republicans?  Democrats?  So old fashioned.  There are now two parties running for election in the United States:  the “More Wars for the Jews Party” and the “No More Wars for the Jews Party”.  Unfortunately, you can guess who is winning, thanks to churches in corn-subsidy-welfare-bum places like Iowa, and letting Christian Zionists count the vote (how fucking dumb is that?).  That’s how the primaries are being fought.  The main candidates in each party are virtually indistinguishable on all other main issues.  Despite universal ass-kissing of Israel, the only Democrat the Jewish Billionaires really trust is, of course, Hillary Clinton.  The only Republican they don’t trust is Ron Paul.  Although, yet again, no one is allowed to state it in public, the entire primary races all turn on which of the real parties the candidates belong to.  The goal is to have two candidates from the “More” party running against each other.

Need more evidence?  Consider the sheer sliminess of the official American ‘anti-war’ movement, which has outed itself as entirely a strategic ploy to get Democrats elected.  They don’t want to end the war;  they just want partisan advantage.

Tin-foil hats

Following up on planes mysteriously falling from the sky due to massive electrical system failure, we carom/careen effortlessly into a discussion of the efficacy of tin-foil hats.  Some experts believe that tin-foil hats don’t work because they are made of, er, tin-foil, viz, aluminum, the stuff of airplane fuselages (if the issue concerns you, better to wear a steel pot).  The Qantas system didn’t completely fail as it was able to function for enough time on battery power to get the plane to the runway.  If you were a mad scientist, only partly psychopathic, and were testing a system of disabling aircraft, you might arrange to hit aircraft randomly (so as not to give oneself away), and in such a manner as to prove the concept but give the pilots a fighting chance to land the disabled planes.

1. Why is Israeli intelligence agent Nicholas Sarkozy building a French military base in the Gulf?  To assist in the Zionist Plan for the Middle East by providing military assistance in the scheme to seize the Saudi oil fields and remove the ‘oil weapon’ from the Arabs.  The French are eventually going to rue the day they failed to pay proper attention to the ‘dual loyalty’ problem.


2. David Irving connects the recent Heathrow crash to a similar crash of a Qantas 747 in Bangkok (and even to the mysterious crash of TWA 800 off Long Island).  In both the Heathrow and Bangkok crashes, there was a sudden and mysterious complete failure of the electrical systems, the kind that might be caused by an electro-magnetic pulse device.


3. Very good Philip Weiss on the dark psychology of the American Jewish neocons.  Weiss is particularly adept at pointing out the now-you-see-it-now-you-don’t connections between the neocons and their loyalty to what they perceive as Israeli interests.  With the failure of the attack on Iraq, we’re into a now-you-don’t period, with the essential paranoia of the neocons – caused by the ScareJew –  reflected in wild conspiracy theories used to deflect the obvious criticisms of their motives.

   Lukery continues to write about the Sibel Edmonds case:

“Some people have wondered recently whether maybe Sibel inadvertently stumbled on a sting operation - but that is clearly not the case. The State Dept and Congress are certainly not the people who would be running a sting operation.

Further, when Sibel first reported her case to Congress, the first step taken was to make sure that this was not a covert operation, and that there weren't any double agents involved. Only after Senators Leahy and Grassley were assured this wasn't the case did they proceeded to hold unclassified hearings (which were retroactively classified.)”

Actually, it played out exactly as you would expect it to (and I would expect the State Department to be exactly the people who might be involved in a sting operation).  The operation would have been on a ‘need to know basis’, so Pentagon and FBI officials might plausibly deceive when asked, based on the excuse that they didn’t really know (the operation was so important and so sensitive that it was compartmentalized out of the purview of almost everybody).  In order to keep the operation under wraps, the misleading would continue until it appeared that Congressional investigation might really uncover something, at which point very high-level back channels would indicate to the Congressmen that it was time to shut down the investigation (these back channels are very persuasive:  note how oddly Jay Rockefeller has been acting over the past few years).  In order to believe that it was not a contra-proliferation operation – and I repeat that a proper contra-proliferation operation would have to appear identical to a treasonous operation for the Pakistanis to buy it – you still have to accept that a bunch of dual-loyalist Israel-firsters would do anything to assist an enemy of Israel – a country supposedly on the verge of being run by violent Jew-hating Islamists, if it isn’t already – in obtaining the ‘Islamic bomb’.  No chance!  On the other hand, they would be eager to participate in tricking the Pakistanis into building a dud.

Yet more crap archaeology

Yet more crap archaeology from Israel, again funded by the right-wing Zionist Shalem Center.  The same archaeologist involved in the highly questionable ‘discovery’ of the wall of Nehemiah has now ‘discovered’ an old Persian seal with additional letters on it representing the name of one of the families which came from Persia with Nehemiah.  This is supposed to prove the Biblical account of the building of the walls of Jerusalem by Nehemiah (and of course, at this politically delicate time, shore up Jewish claims to Jerusalem).

There is something intrinsically weird about this.  From the Jerusalem Post:

“The seal, which was bought in Babylon and dates to 538-445 BCE, portrays a common and popular cultic scene, Mazar said.

The 2.1 x 1.8-cm. elliptical seal is engraved with two bearded priests standing on either side of an incense altar with their hands raised forward in a position of worship.

A crescent moon, the symbol of the chief Babylonian god Sin, appears on the top of the altar.

Under this scene are three Hebrew letters spelling Temech, Mazar said.

The Bible refers to the Temech family: "These are the children of the province, that went up out of the captivity, of those that had been carried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away, and came again to Jerusalem and to Judah, every one unto his city." [Nehemiah 7:6]... "The Nethinim [7:46]"... The children of Temech." [7:55].

The fact that this cultic scene relates to the Babylonian chief god seemed not to have disturbed the Jews who used it on their own seal, she added.

The seal of one of the members of the Temech family was discovered just dozens of meters away from the Opel area, where the servants of the Temple, or "Nethinim," lived in the time of Nehemiah, Mazar said.”

The Book of Nehemiah is greatly concerned with the sins of the local Jewish population, including blasphemy.  Do you think a prominent family from the reformist group accompanying Nehemiah from Persia would use a pagan blasphemous seal as their personal seal? 

The artifact looks to me like an old Persian seal on which someone has scratched letters.  This scratching could have been done at any time, including last week,  Given the history of such forgeries in Israel and the political ideology of the people involved, I would not give this story any credibility.

In a story of much more interest to the Canadian media than to the American media, China plots its capture of the North American automobile market (25% off everything).  The Chinese are playing the issue down a bit, perhaps fearing protectionism.  Automobile journalists are wondering if the ‘fit and finish’ will be up to North American standards.  What a sense of humor!


2. Caterpillar makes industrial equipment, and thus is relatively sheltered from boycotts.  Volvo isn’t so lucky.  Is it time to stop buying overpriced ugly Swedish cars?


3. Peculiarly accurate assessment from the WSJ of the Washington power politics behind the Iran NIE:
   

   "People in Vice President Cheney's office saw the Dec. 3 announcement as a death blow to their Iran policy. The report's authors ‘knew how to pull the rug out from under us,’ says a long-time aide to the vice president, referring to the way the key judgments were presented."

Rupert, who has been particularly mouthy recently, tells us all about the British plot to overthrow the Italian government in the 1970s.  The funny thing is that I remember the plot as being American (the “lucid superpower”), much more than merely a plan, and started much earlier.  Rupert’s headline is more accurate than the body of the article.  You have to wonder whether the planned dissolution of Belgium is part of this ongoing program.


4. I haven’t commented on the silliness in the Straits of Hormuz.  The fact that it was the U. S. Navy that debunked the initial reports, reports that the Jew-controlled American media blew up out of all proportion, proves both that there are still no-hoper Christian Zionists in the Pentagon trying to start the Apocalypse, and that the NIE – Bush notwithstanding – still represents full American foreign and military policy.  There will not be an attack on Iran.  As I’ve been saying for months and months and months.


5. Israeli pianist/conductor/educator Daniel Barenboim has acquired Palestinian citizenship.


6. Interesting comments by David Irving on Bush’s tearful musings about bombing Auschwitz.  The Americans hurried to clarify that Bush really meant the rail lines, but Bush, who has a wicked sense of humor, probably meant exactly what he said.  Meanwhile, a British Jew is genuinely perplexed that there are values that can’t be monetized.

Tricksters everywhere

A curious e-mail seems to be notorious extremist American talk radio host Hal Turner reporting to his FBI handlers (found via Orcinus relaying the Southern Poverty Law Center report, which contains further allegations, all, I note, unsubstantiated).  When you think back on so many incidents of governments tricking the less powerful into acting in ways that satisfy repression by the elites, you start to see a pattern.  Andy Strassmeier running the OK bombing; the FBI asset who arranged for the first WTC attack; police agents provocateurs in Genoa and Montebello; the whole history of the strategy of tension in Italy and Europe; the recent peculiar attack by neo-Nazi Bill White in attempting to impugn Ron Paul; the entire history of Israeli false flag operations in the Middle East and elsewhere; the apparent American government contra-proliferation operation against the government of Pakistan which is being spun as American treason  – the list goes on and on.  You can’t treat anything at face value.

Steve Clemmons – very gingerly! – mentions “counter-intel operation” in connection with the Sibel Edmonds matter.  Unless Edmonds is lying – and her story hasn’t come out as a lie would come out – this is the only reasonable explanation.  Something I forgot to note, but picked up in the comments by ‘ziz’:  if even part of what she says is true, and threatening to this kind of Washington player, she’d be dead by now.  Also see the comments on the security clearance problem by Lawrence of Cyberia.  In the fuzzy logic of counter-intelligence, having this story appear as it did worked out very well for the conspirators.

Simply amazing (!) manipulation of the Sibel Edmonds story by Larisa Alexandrovna, a very popular source for the conspiracy bloggers as she has a lot of good intelligence (too much, if you know what I mean).  I’ve already noted my discomfort with Larisa Alexandrovna and Raw Story.  No matter how good the information seems, watch out for the hidden agenda.


4. As has been noted by many, the Chief Ashkenazi Rabbi Yona Metzger thanked Bush for attacking Iraq as part of Bush’s support for Israel.  Just think of the slurring that goes on if anybody else even dares to mention this most obvious of facts.


5. The world has changed:  Bush, in speaking of the Palestinian state, mentioned the dreaded c-word, in this case, ‘contiguous’.  He also called the occupation, an ‘occupation’.  Of course, a contiguous Palestinian state is utterly incompatible with Zionism, and thus with the stated wishes – at least when asked by pollsters – of the majority of American Jews.


6. On alleged election fraud in New Hampshire:  There are hard countable paper ballots, and enough questions to make fraud a serious issue.  If the Democrat establishment caves on this one, largely as they like the results, they will be no better than the Republicans.  The Democratic Party can only have credibility on vote-fraud issues, credibility which they may need if the Christian Zionists fix the next Presidential election, if they ask for a recount in New Hampshire.  Simply positing the idea that a recount is a sensible thing to do would be a huge step for democracy in the United States.

What Sibel saw

It’s obvious, isn’t it?  There is too much wrong with the basic Sibel Edmonds story for it to have a chance:

1. The FBI lets a temp employee see all its biggest secrets.


2. The Turks find out she knows too much, and gently try to recruit her.  When she doesn’t come over to their side, with the most disastrous info already available to her, they just let the matter drop.


3. The Bush Administration goes through the motions of gagging her, and then stops even going through the motions. 


4. The conspiracy involves the most dual-loyalist of Israel-firsters in the United States, conspiring to assist the most Israeli-skeptical of nations, Pakistan, one always on the verge, according to them, of becoming completely Islamist (if it isn’t already), in obtaining the ‘Islamic bomb’.


5. The cat is finally let out of the bag by none other than Rupert Murdoch.

Not likely.  You have to remember that the United States isn’t really interested in working against proliferation.  It wants to control proliferation, to use it, and talking about it, as a tool of Empire.  The worst people in the world, people like John Bolton, describe themselves as being involved in contra-proliferation, which is basically using fears of proliferation as part of Bibi’s ‘war on terror’, part of a propaganda exercise.  The main focus of much of their attack has been poor Mr. Khan, whose real sin has been selling the same stuff you can buy from Westinghouse or Siemens, while being insufficiently white.

What did Sibel Edmonds see?  Probably a sophisticated contra-proliferation operation, one which attempted to put a backdoor in the Islamic bomb, allowing the Pentagon to turn it off whenever it sees fit.  This would have to look like real treason, with covert high-level operatives taking real bribes and dealing with the shadiest arms dealers, all in order for Pakistan to accept what they received from the Americans as something other than a trick (a good counter-proliferation operation should look exactly like a treasonous operation).  Fiddle with some parts, turn a couple of the scientists sent to train in American nuclear research facilities, and suddenly the ‘Islamic bomb’ is an ‘Islamic dud’.  The control would extend to any recipients of the same technology, including North Korea.

This theory deals with all the obvious problems with the Edmonds story.  Trying to gag Edmonds was a method of giving her story credibility.  Letting it leak makes Pakistan nervous about its whole program, as it has weapons it can no longer count on (or so the Americans hope:  Pakistan may have been on to the whole trick from the beginning!).

The post-Bhutto, Rupert-filtered Sibel Edmonds story makes even less sense than the original, but revealingly so.  The slightly truncated account has been filled in by the collectivity of the internet media, and is being swallowed whole as it fits so many America-centric agendas.  Thanks to Rupert, I’m starting to make sense of a more radical reinterpretation.  Long-time readers of this blog will no doubt be able to predict where I’m going.

Méfie-toi sans cesse

Paul Valéry put the words “Méfie-toi sans cesse” on his wall.  Most aren’t so careful.  P.T. Barnum allegedly said:   “There's a sucker born every minute.”  Some examples of what I suppose could be called gross breaches of the Sale of Goods Act:

1. An internet ‘anonymizer’ called SafeWeb turned out to be owned in part by the CIA.  The funny part is that some people continued to use it even after this information came out, on the theory that it must be secure as the CIA had never done anything underhanded before.


2. Crypto AG is a Swiss manufacturer of encryption machines.  These were used around the world by countries that wanted secure communication but didn’t want to set up their own systems.  The only problem is that there are suspicions that Crypto – possibly owned by the German secret service – did a deal with the Americans to put a NSA backdoor in their machines.  The reason for these suspicions is a series of cases of famous breaches of security – cases where the Americans mysteriously obtained information they should not have had – when the Crypto machines were used.


3. Safe-mail.net is an Israeli-owned ‘encrypted’ e-mail provider.  Since it does not strip your IP address from your e-mail, and will disclose all information about your e-mail to government authorities on request, and exists at the discretion of the Israeli government, it is secure to the extent (or here) “you have reason to trust the Israeli government.”  What could be safer than that?


4. It has been alleged that Safe-mail, Hushmail and Guardster all have direct NSA connections, and rely on NSA-owned secure socket layer services.  All three deny any NSA connection, which is what you would expect them to do.


5. The leading computer security firms apparently don’t regard snooping through the ports that the NSA likes to use to be worthy of alerts to the owner of the computer being snooped upon.  By the way, has anyone else noticed that the Norton/Symantec security stuff is actually worse than the viruses it is supposed to prevent?  Just try removing it from a computer supplied by a manufacturer which has ‘helpfully’ preinstalled it.


6. Encryption based on random-number generation won’t work if the numbers generated aren’t ‘random’, and the NSA appears to have approved a random-number generating system that has been engineered to allow it to easily break the code (and note the first comment to the Wired article).

Part of the problem that intelligence gatherers have is sorting the tiny amount of wheat from the huge amount of chaff.  People with the biggest and most important secrets are kind enough to identify those secrets by employing special measures to secure them.  It is thus a ‘no-brainer’ that the NSA and similar organizations infiltrate as many of these security systems that they can.  Anyone who relies on self-serving and unverifiable representations of security is a fool.

Trudeau assassination by Meyer Lansky

A curious but believable story (part reprinted here; see also here) out of Northern New York state:

“Mike Craft is a self-confessed former ‘degenerate gambler’ and heavy drinker, who ran bars frequented by members of the upper New York State mob.

He also came within a few weeks in the summer of 1974 of becoming something far worse, he says – the assassin of former Canadian prime minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau.

‘My job was to kill Pierre Trudeau,’ Craft, 60, said in an interview. ‘I'm glad that I didn't.’”

and:

“Trudeau was slated for execution because of his close association with Cuban President Fidel Castro, Craft said. Canada was trading with Cuba in 1974 and giving aid, despite an American boycott of the communist Caribbean nation.

Mobsters like Meyer Lansky hated Castro because he had kicked them out of Cuba and shut down their casinos when he seized power in 1959, Craft said. They hoped that Castro would attend Trudeau's funeral in Canada, so that they could get a shot at him, Craft said.”

In fact, Castro did eventually come to Canada to attend Trudeau’s funeral in 2000.  Is Craft credible?:

“Lisa Robert Lewis, editor of the Troy Record in upstate New York, said Craft is a long-time area resident with organized crime associations and worked with the paper on stories on police corruption.

‘The city editor, several reporters and I witnessed first-hand the depth of knowledge Mr. Craft possesses and the accuracy of the information he gave us,’ Lewis wrote in a 2003 letter to Senator Charles E. Schumer, bolstering his credibility during New York State hearings on organized crime, where Craft was a witness. ‘He has seen a lot over the years,’ Lewis said yesterday.”

Craft believes the hit was called off because Trudeau began to take a harder line with Cuba, although that seems to contradict the original logic of the plan – kill Trudeau to get a shot at Castro.

Bill Kristol is a tennis ball

The battle in the United States between the New American Establishment – the Jewish Billioniares – and the Old American Establishment continues.  Time outright fired Bill Kristol – and his partner in crime Charles Krauthammer – and didn't even try to sugar coat it.  The firings at the same time without any cover story – ‘gone to pursue other interests’ or some such crap – sent a clear message.  The Jewish Billionaires fired back by having one of their many house organs, the New York Times, pick up Bill Kristol.  You can bet the NYT didn’t do this as they felt Kristol would add to their credibility or buck up their failing circulation.  Taking on Kristol will have just the opposite effect.  In fact, it is a real insult to the intelligent reading American public.  Kristol, a man who has been absolutely wrong about everything he has ever written in his life (and wrong, not only because he is an idiot, but because he is an agent for a foreign country working to that country’s agenda), is now writing for the supposedly most prestigious American newspaper.  The United States prides itself on being a meritocracy.  So much for that delusion.

The dichotomy in the views of the two American Establishments is starting to become quite obvious in analyzing American foreign policy.  Take Pakistan.  Question:  was the United States, in forcing Bhutto on Musharraf, taking steps to remove him, or taking steps to keep him in power?  Answer:  both, despite the fact the goals are contradictory.  This schizophrenia is eventually going to have bad consequences for the United States.

Tribes and gangs

A small political irritation between India and Israel concerns the presence of a sizable community of Israelis who have moved to India.  They live a ‘hippie’ lifestyle, and take a lot of drugs, and thus cause some local tensions.  These are the IDF veterans who are essentially morally good, and thus were driven half-mad by what Zionism made them do to the Palestinians.  Considering what the IDF does, it is the ones that haven’t gone crazy that we have to worry about.  There are efforts being made by the real crazies to bring the sane back to Israel (oh-so-typical charm in red):

Criminal gangs often make a new recruit kill someone, thus becoming ‘one of the boys’ while simultaneously making the recruit an outlaw, thus requiring the protection of the gang.  Israel does the same thing by making just about everybody serve in the IDF, thus implicating the entire country in the violent immorality of Zionism.
