Where's Waldo for the intelligentsia

The psycho right always uses the effectiveness of torture in fighting the 'war on terror' as the justification for such barbarities as waterboarding. They lie. And they get away with it. And they bask in the joy of living by deception and fooling the sheeple.

"Send $300 billion to Detroit, not to Israel" New Orleans could still use a little too.

"Cleaners 'worth more to society' than bankers - study". Duh! There is a simple solution: let the 'market' establish the wages of bankers, then tax the hell out of them.

There were more people present to see the real President of Honduras off at the airport than there were to see the inauguration of the fake President of Honduras. But some scum did show up for the phony inauguration, and you can guess who (my emphasis in red):
"The exclusivity of the event was naturally enhanced by the fact that most countries in the world failed to attend, although lack of foreign approval of governments elected under illegal circumstances has been partially counteracted by the “program of cooperation” promised to Honduras by Israeli ambassador to Central America Eliyahu López, who did attend the ceremony. In addition to the training of Latin American paramilitaries, previous examples of Israeli cooperation in the region have included the attendance of Israeli deputy foreign minister Danny Ayalon at the meeting of the Organization of American States (OAS) in Honduras prior to the coup despite Israel’s lack of geographical qualification as an American state. An additional cooperative opportunity made possible by Zelaya’s removal is the planned visit to Tegucigalpa by Colombian President Álvaro Uribe on Saturday."

More help for Rhodes Scholar and two-time (!) Pulitzer Prize winner Nicholas Kristof - easily the world's worst player of 'Where's Waldo' - in his ongoing quest to find the Palestinian Gandhi: check the Israeli jails.

Lord Hutton tries a weasel move.
