Speaking of protesting, did you know there is a secret - because the mainstream media doesn't want to bring attention to it - general strike going on in Quebec?  It started over tuition fees, and the government of Quebec is moving quickly to settle that issue to forestall the scope of the protest getting out of hand.

And speaking of Chen Guangcheng:  "That Chinese "Activist" And/Or His Story Is Crazy".  I think he is being used to throw a spanner into the prospect of improved American-Chinese relations.  Who would do that?  Neocons.  To Obama's credit, he acted responsibly and didn't take the bait.
