Why the Syrian army might have to shell a Palestinian refugee camp:

1.  "using civilians as human shields";
2.  "Here, the New York Times admits that gangs of the FSA sneak into the Yarmuk refugee camp"

Of course, this just shows how clever the insurgents are. In other contexts, the same actions are 'barbarity'.
