"9/11 Families 'Ecstatic' They Can Finally Sue Saudi Arabia"  Another part of the ongoing pressures placed on the Saudi royals by the Americans to nudge the Saudis to stop following the follies of Prince Bandar.  The decision is completely political, and ridiculous/incompetent on both the facts and the law.

By the way, these lawsuits are part of the 'lawfare' being waged by World Jewry against everybody else.  When these suits were started, Saudi Arabia was regarded as anti-Zionist. Remember all the talk about the evils of Wahhabism?  Now, with the founding of the newest of the countries of the world, Saudi Israelia, this development is no longer 'good for the Jews'.  The slowness of the law can create some undesired consequences.
