"BREAKING: England's Appeals Court rules in FAVOUR of the Venezuelan Bolivarian government of Nicolas Maduro and the consideration of the return of $1 billion in gold de facto stolen by Andrew Bailey's Bank of England after Boris Johnson backed coup leader Juan Guaido."

It's really no different than if Carney knocked somebody on the head and stole their wallet to buy drugs.  A really shameful incident in British history.  Despite this, the court still seems to have left enough wiggle room for Boris to hold on to the gold citing 'uncertainty' over who the ruler of the country actually is.
